Clarifications on Twitter Airdrop / Graphic Bounty: Graphic Re-design bounty has deadline April 30, 2019, community will review the quality of logo submission and decide award. However, twitter airdrop does not have any deadline. We will award twitter airdrop in a more frequent base. Currently the response is not that great. Announcement of NENG Fiat Project for all U.S. Residents
As part of disclosure, ShorelineCrypto is investigating Fiat USD/NENG purchase offering using our parent company banking relations and Square service offerings. We believe the USD/NENG purchase offering can be launched in multiple phases starting from 2019 Q2 to all U.S. residents by imposing a very low purchase limit while ShorelineCrypto can be still complying with all the anti-money laundering laws in U.S.A. Legally, cost of doing fiat/NENG in USA is extremely high because of all the banking, money service regulations. However, there should be minimum cost or regulation and no need for KYC if we only allow small dollar purchase of NENG with strict maximum cap at ShorelineCrypto.
The motivation of NENG Fiat project is to boost the NENG acceptance as important crypto currency for retail and trading usage and improve the liquidity of NENG trading. Currently a buyer buy NENG from exchange, and decide to sell NENG immediately, the buyer would face 50% immediate loss because the bid/ask spread on NENG trading is very high and liquidity is poor on NENG. When this fiat project launches at ShorelineCrypto, ShorelineCrypto will operate hedging positions using Square bitcoin service and convert to DOGE to buy NENG at equivalent doge pair price in ShorelineCrypto exchange so that buyer of NENG will no longer face huge loss from immediate sell in the future.
We believe miners and traders should also see better NENG trading price in the future so that they can dump their mining rewards at higher price because of liquidity boost from Fiat project hedging.
In the long run, a successful fiat project on NENG can put NewEnglandcoin as niche alternative for small dollar fiat entry into crypto market for U.S. residents. Currently most U.S. buyers convert their USD to bitcoin at Coinbase or Germini etc, then transfer their bitcoin to an exchange to sell for dogecoin or any other altcoins. It works well for large amount at $100 USD or more even on a bitcoin transaction fee of $1. However, if one wants to buy or sell $1 to $5 USD dollar, the bitcoin transaction fees are too high. Here we can offer a low fee method of buying NewEnglandcoin with $1 to $5 USD, then convert to dogecoin at almost no loss, and then transfer the dogecoin out of ShorelineCrypto to wherever you want to trade or use dogecoin.
Bitcoin is gold, Litecoin is silver, Dogecoin can be said as copper. Dogecoin has huge listings at multiple exchanges and can be converted to bitcoin easily at exchange with low fees. Announcement for Mobile Miner Project Initiation
Immediately today, we initiate a new mobile miner project for evaluations and implementation. The NENG mobile miner will offer Android/iPhone users to mine NENG on their cell phone and receive NENG reward daily. Of course, the mobile mining is not a true mining, just a simulation on cell phones to allow users to receive rewards, say 100 NENG per day.
At this early stage, we foresee the eventual working mobile miner for NENG will be some javascript based web page where cell phones can register and click for rewards daily. The project is going to be planned and implemented in multiple quarters and the funding source will come from donation from NENG communities.
Conclusion
NewEnglandcoin (NENG) is underpriced at only fraction of market cap of NewYorkcoin while the security of NewEnglandcoin is significant better against 51% attacks. Even on population or GDP comparison against NYC, NENG should trade significantly higher.

Not possible on NENG for CPU only pool. All CPU miners are solo miners. CPU miners can have two choices: Cheetah method, good for small CPU or casual miners. Or a dedicated 24 hours solo miners, good for big CPU machine. |

Just my data over past couple of days, very low end 10 year old Intel PC, two core on linux, about 100,000 NENG per day solo CPU mining on Cheetah. I think a better CPU machine may be several times better than that. But there are a lot more CPU miners. When I first announced Cheetah here, the old PC was getting 1 million NENG + per day. Not possible recently on any regular PCs or Macs. |

One legal hurdle passed for ShorelineCrypto fiat/NENG project: According to U.S. anti-money laundering regulation as below: https://www.fincen.gov/fact-sheet-msb-registration-ruleRegistration requirement with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the U.S. Department of Treasury, "in an amount greater than $1,000 in currency or monetary or other instruments for any person on any day, in one or more transactions. " For now, the planned USD/NENG fiat project launch will have very strict upper amount limit well below $1000 USD per person. Or even adding all the crypto trading volume at current ShorelineCrypto on all coins, the volume will be well below this $1000 USD per person limit. Therefore, no KYC, no restriction now is fully complying with U.S. regulations and AML laws today regardless of crypto currency status on regulations. For example, now the base diff is close to 3, and GPU can mine NENG, but the small ASIC now works better than GPUs. |

Currently NENG dev team is mainly focused on software development on Fiat project and the Mobile Miner Project. Clarification on non-U.S. users:
A member in DISCORD raised question whether UK users can buy NENG with USD or not. The fiat project rely on Cash App, which we thought that it is only available in U.S. But indeed Cash App is in UK too with restricted functions. In U.S.A, user can buy sell withdraw bitcoin in Cash App while the U.K. version of Cash App has no bitcoin feature. We do not know whether cross border US/UK payment in USD is allowed or not. My gut feeling is NOT.
ShorelineCrypto is not going to restrict countries in Fiat NENG project. If a UK member can pay with Cash App in USD cross border, yes, he/she can buy NENG with fiat USD at offered price.

The first Fiat NENG/USD purchase went through yesterday successfully for the dollar amount $5 USD for total of 20 million NENG.
The process is still manual, the NENG trading liquidity is still quite poor. But it is starting point. We have hope and confidence that NENG will become a niche and important cryptocurrency in the long run.
