got userland done....putty done...login also done...but bash prepare userland returns no such directory?

Wallet file in the release also updated with new content replacing the old file. The release is still at same version of v1.4.0.5.

New England clams Designed logo submitted in discord

A NENG member u/Will777 in discord submitted New England clams based logo in discord "bounty-submission" board. Will777 was media production business owner before and this logo submission reflect his first effort on NENG. Here is discord description of his submission:

So I'm working on a logo now. My first thought was New England and clams (clams slang for money and New England known for clams). Then my thoughts went to finding pearls inside of a clam (I know it's oysters but it still make sense in a way) and then went to it's basic components which would be two half spheres with a pearl inside of it and an "N" incorporated where the N has a currency symbol incorporated to it. Logos should be as simple symbols as possible with ability to be recognized even as small size. So basically, a small sphere inside two half spheres with an "N"...

All community members are welcome to take a look and join the logo bounty as much as possible.

Currently the logo bounty previous leader is gone and we are looking for reviving the bounty project. The current bounty funding is intact and we are still continuing on this activities.

Also please feel free to share and spread word on any logo to social media using the bounty-submission board content.

Linux Fedora Wallet Updated

A bug was found and fixed for Linux Fedora 32 version (LXQt desktop) installation procedure.  github doc for Fedora was fixed and updated.  The binary linux download for v1.4.0.3 version Linux wallet for Fedora wallet file was updated on release. The version is maintained as the original v1.4.0.3 without change.

Volunteer wanted for NENG logo bounty commission
Hello NENG friends,

We are forming a minimum of 5 board members NENG logo bounty commission to launch and decide a new logo of NENG. This is timely fashion action because many members such as  Will777 in discord (reddit  sawmill777) expressed willingness to campaign in social media, but only after we community have decided on single uniform new NENG logo.

We have old existing funding for logo bounty so that this fall along very well on this effort.

Currently we already have 4 members that are willing to be decision making commission board members for the logo bounty. We are actively looking for 5th volunteer. The commission board member is not required but encouraged to submit a new logo to the logo bounty. The main task of commission board members is to do some admin stuff work to move along logo bounty project, and eventually decide one new logo for NENG for the purpose of future marketing campaign as well as to be used in new NENG software release. Logo bounty commission may seek votes on logo candidates from all NENG members, but it is expected that the decision to choose or not to choose new logo will be within the commission itself.

we are reviving our old NENG logo bounty project.  This project hit a wall and has been sitting idle for  a year. The bounty funding is still intact and I know you donated most of funding for the logo bounty.

We are also forming a commission with 5 members to decide the next logo.  Will you be interested in joining NENG logo bounty commission? 


Currently there are 4 board members of NENG logo bounty commission, and it is highly likely that this time we will decide a new NENG logo and award those logo bounty funding within several weeks.

Every 1440 NENG blocks, or every day, NENG base difficulty is adjusted up or down just like litecoin or bitcoin.  

It has been 10 days, no base difficulty reset so far.  ASIC rigs control the base difficulty movement. In theory,  ASIC rigs can manage the NENG base difficulty smoothly, making the coin as mixture of cpu (android + computer) and ASIC dual mining coin.  It always reset base difficulty to zero in the past average 1 per week, it never happened to have no reset for long period of time. But this time, 10 days, no sign of reset yet.

In last week, there were three resets within several days, too excessive. Now we have 10 days with none reset.
