NENG Roughly rose 10x on USD term

Note for the records of 2020 whole year price performance on NENG:
12/31/2019: 0.0000119 NENG/DOGE
12/31/2019: Dogecoin price on USD: 0.0020257 USD

12/31/2020: 0.0000508 NENG/DOGE
12/31/2020: Dogecoin price on USD: 0.0047

NENG rose 327% against Dogecoin in 2020 whole year. Dogecoin itself rose 132% in 2020 on USD unit. Under USD unit, NENG rose roughly 10x in 2020 whole year on USD term.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Nengcoin Congratulations to Dogecoin!
Congratulations for the Dogecoin super performance today. Dogecoin was way undervalued days before.

I come up with new slogan for Nengcoin:
Nengcoin is Dogecoin on steroid!
Both Dogecoin and Nengcoin are scrypt, Both were never hacked by 51% attacked, will never be in my opinion.
Nengcoin is Dogecoin on steroid because NENG is scrypt coin minable in computers and android phones. NENG is a super version of Dogecoin. Also because Nengcoin has much upside because Nengcoin is 60 thousand times cheaper than Dogecoin!

Nengcoin side by side with Dogecoin, to the moon!

Today is day of Dogecoin!

I changed our slogan to "Nengcoin - Dogecoin on Steroid".  Let's see how it goes.

1st v1.5.x benchmark - phone vs computer vs USB ASIC
24 hours Mining Reports

Last 24 hours was more of normal mining day, the block time was maintained around 40 seconds to 1.3 minutes per block. Base diff was 3 unchanged.

Here is my android phone vs computer first real benchmark on v1.5.x, both computer and android used same flag in cheetah:

python main.py --interval 10 --cpu 6 for phone

python main.py --interval 10 --cpu 1 for linux in virtualbox old PC

  • 4 core android phone (8 cpu total, used 6 ) : 100,000 NENG
  • 1 cpu Linux in old PC in virtualbox of windows10: 40,000 NENG
  • USB ASIC (moonlander2) on two rotating full nodes: 220,000 NENG

The android phone beat 1 cpu linux handsomely on reward. This is similar to summer of 2020 on v1.4.x at beginning of phone mining. So far this v1.5.x android phone mining 2.0 looks great. Particularly considering the fact that USB ASIC solo miner only obtained 220k reward during same 24 hours.

2nd v1.5.x benchmark - phone vs computer vs USB ASIC
24 hours mining report

Last 24 hours was another day of slow blocks moving day. Average block time is slower, could be 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes per block due to some ASIC rigs leaving.
Still the benchmark is same for android vs 1 cpu linux using --interval 10 in cheetah_cpuminer
4 core android (--cpu 6 on 8cpu in UserLand app): 70000 NENG
1 cpu linux: 40000 NENG

USB ASIC (futurebit Moonlander2) on 1 full node + 1 pool rotating: 90000 NENG

The 4 core android phone mining performance continue to beat the 1 cpu linux. In fact the phone reward is close in against Moonalander2. Moonlander2 reward is relatively down possibly because the reward from pool is less than full node. Out of 90k NENG, 60k came from 1 full node, 30k came from pool.

Changed title to Nengcoin - Mobile Mining reflects the fact that v1.5.x is great success. Android phone miners should just join in and obtain great reward from mobile decentralization of NENG.

how can i switch to a new coin now?

Download the new wallet, inside new wallet files, there is file called "upgrade_newenglandcoin"  text file guide.  You can use old NewEnglandcoin data file and avoid long syncing for new Nengcoin.

Nengcoin blockchain are identical to old coin before hard fork. After hard fork, it is new blockchain.

Big profit for USB ASIC Solo miner on 2 Rotating Nodes Now
There is a big CPU miner who timestamp block back and forth 2 minutes ahead and back trying to get more profit.

This plays into USB ASIC moonlander2 on two rotating nodes, which can profit hugely on this. See below screenshot, my Futurebit Moonlander2 on two rotating nodes mined two blocks within 6 minutes. This is because USB ASIC on solo mining two nodes setup can also mine into cheetah diff, which can take away profit from big CPU timestamp attacker.

Mining War: big CPU Timestamp Attacker vs USB ASIC solo Miner

A mining war continues between a big CPU timestamp attack who stamp block time always 2 minutes forward, and 2 minutes backward in order to get more profit in NENG mining.

My USB ASIC (futurebit moonlander2) mining is on fire to profit from this, and getting profit away from this big CPU timestamp attacker.

As seen above screen shot, total of 8 minutes, 3 blocks mined, 1 block rejected.

My one USB ASIC's power is limited, probably maxed out on two blocks within two minutes. Hopefully more Moonlander2 solo miners can join in mining NENG and get profit away from this big CPU timestamp attacker.

The current setup is default, no expiry=10 option, uses default 600 frequency. Tested with expiry=10, not good on this situation. The best option is default, settings on two rotating nodes.

Shallow reset, boom for USB ASIC solo miners
NENG just shallow reset to base diff 0.009. This is bit too high for GPU solo miners, but another boom for USB ASIC solo miners.

With this shallow reset, the mining war today between a big CPU timestamp attacker verses USB ASIC solo miners is over.

Pay attention to here or reddit  or discord.  I usually send out alert immediately after I found out to help out GPU solo miners to profit big on NENG on reset day for solo mining.

Changed the title to "Nengcoin - Scrypt on Steroids"  reflecting the fact that scrypt randomSpike is really an enhanced version of scrypt coin that allow diversified mining rigs to have a winning chance on mining NENG while the algo still secure and protect the network from 51% attackers.

Litecoin/Dogecoin/Nengcoin are all scrypt coins. But Nengcoin is Dogecoin on Steroids

3nd v1.5.x benchmark - phone vs computer vs USB ASIC
24 hours mining report

Last 24 hours was not another day of slow blocks moving day. The first 12 hours was normal mining day. However, earlier this morning a big CPU miner jumped on timestamp attack, back and forth 2 minutes trying to get more rewards. See my earlier "mining war reports". Later, NENG had shallow reset and is still ongoing. So essentially CPU miners only got half day good mining.

Still the benchmark is same for android vs 1 cpu linux using --interval 10 in cheetah_cpuminer
4 core android (--cpu 6 on 8cpu in UserLand app): 60000 NENG
1 cpu linux: 20000 NENG

USB ASIC (futurebit Moonlander2) on two rotating nodes: 1.62 million NENG

The 4 core android phone mining performance continue to beat the 1 cpu linux.

However, Moonlander2 reward was huge because it profited from big CPU miner timestamp attack, then on shallow reset.
