I also consider this as a part time job just like a regular part time job that you should have to go to their office everyday because I always do my tasks in bounties I participated just like what I do in my part time job in my office. I really take it serious in doing things to make my tasks done in every single weeks to earn a good amount of rewards.

Anyone can be bounty hunter, but to write guality articles/posts/tweets you have to be uptodate with currently market situation. You have to release adequate information, your ideas. The only competent people will succeed as bounty hunters

It isn't a full time job, but I guess a lot of people from Indonesia and Vietnam are on this forum and having this as a full time employment.
The average per capita income in such countries is low and even the minimal money that people earn from bitcointalk is sufficient for them to survive and make their living out of it.

You should know your desires and needs in life, and you can only consider it as a job when you can expect a stable income and a good income.
Bounty hunting does not give stable income, just like you said, the market condition affected your earning so it's always good to have a real day job and just consider bounty hunting as your side job.

For me, it is a main job. I can not do this activity in focus if I have another job (I've ever done it), the result is not maximal. Then I decided to leave my old job. When I get some profit from it, I use the money to buy something that will help me in increasing my income and invest in other crypto projects.
