HyperDEX which is much easier to use should be up and running very soon (merge request waiting)

Yeah, we are still working on the alpha version of the PHP api that would work together with a node designed only for pulling and updating the torrent list from the network.

Hopefully a beta will be out within a couple of weeks at most!

There is no hard limit set at this point in time - this is subject to change though.
The collateral requirement increase and block reward increase stops at 511 Masternodes (the whole reward and collat system is based on # of active masternodes and not block count)

Depends really - to build a QT based torrent client is actually easy (see libtorrent for example)
We could do that in a heart beat but - we need to extensively test this to see that both staking and wallet functionality wont be affected.
Another thing we are focusing on is in-wallet streaming of audio and video both for desktop and mobile.

It would most likely cause some micro fluctuations, at most.
Since this is Crypto and not real world economics - coins are not getting destroyed just because they are old (the main reason governments print money)
Slowing down the supply or speeding it up *might* effect the price at that specific period of time , but in the long run it would ensure stability in terms of inflation/deflation. And hey, we might not even need to make much use of it anyway
