No offense, but it looks like this start was deliberately done in ninja-launch style so devs can do some instamine.
I don't see any other explanations why there were no pools at the launch.
Nevertheless, I truly believe that any development should be paid off, even though the coin has dev fee too.

These days there are so few projects with any real purpose or innovations, let's see if SUQA gets anywhere.

It's true that pools make mining fairer, but it's also true that you can solo mine at launch and be fine, because the difficulty will be initially low.
If you expect to get 1 block a minute, then you won't be satisfied; but that's true for any coin which is not in abandoned state :-)

No, I don't mind if devs get their share of the profits as long as the coin gets development and, hopefully, wide adoption.
