if you mine to nicehash activate the Check Nonce submit
else, leave it off. this will make performance degraded for other pools, and they don't require this nonce submit

how do you activate check nonce?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hi,
I can only mine on Nicehash. I tried Zergpool, Ahashpool and Zpool. But after a while hash goes to 0. Nonce submit on/off makes no difference. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Gday i have been having an odd problem with one of my 2 zig z1 miners. i have been running bitmain psu one apw7 and one apw3++ on the problem miner.

The apw7  started to trip my earth leakage breaker so was removed from service. The last week i have had the apw3++ set off the breaker in my power board adaptor (has a small lead and four plugs on it). I thought nothing of it until i went in and reset it a second time and noticed all the black pcie pins were cooked going to the hashboards. And one was so bad it was a fair effort to remove from the unit.

Basically i am wondering if this is the unit or a power supply issue as id rather not keep burning out power supplies. Also is it possible to change the pcie 6 pin males on the bitmain psu?

Should also mention i have had these miners for about a year now, And the second miner is perfect. Also I am in Australia so running 240v.

Any feedback or help is appreciated thanks.

Does one of the settings set the miner to boot automatically when there is a power outage?  I can shut mine down by pulling the plug, but when plugging back in it will only start if I flip the switch off and back on.

My guess is a short in the unit since swapping the PSU didn't fix the problem.

to those who owns a Pro version, here is my experience....

1) use the antminer IP reporter to get your IP address, i can see some people are having this problem.
2) APW7 only support 10A from what it can see on spec (120v / 220v). if you connect 120v, you will force the PSU to work %125 (1500watts / 120v = 12.5A). my ASIC is connected to 220v (1500watt / 220v = 6.81A), keep in mind that 220v will save electric bill.
3) better modify the PSU with 2 extra cable. on ebay I bought 2 cables, each cable has 6 heads. with this modification you will have 20 heads of 6pin and the miner will only require 17 heads. this will void using a splitter on each 6pin, using the splitter will burn it. trust me, i had that problem.
4) better use a high quality AC cable without adapter conversion. during the time will melt down the adapter.
5) you can mine in any pool that support lyra2v2, i did it on nicehash, ahashpool, zpool, miningpoolhub, vippool. can see some people couldn't do it.
6) PROP, PPS, PPLNS are used on those pools mentioned, if you don't know what it means, google it. i find out PROP is too risky due to the moving hash and it affect the luck, PPS pays less than PPLNS.
7) we all know that ASICs are plug & play, but you still have to do a lot of homework, so do it you bunch of lazy ass.

By the way, i need 3 volunteers with PRO version to mine a specific pool. 4 of us will be mining for a week at the same time, so we can see which pool has a better profit.

Does anybody know how to set this miner so when it loses power or you turn off with a wifi plug that it fires back up when power is back or turned back on with a smartplug?  I have to turn the power supply off with the switch on the power supply and back on and it will for up.

I have several Zig Z1 pros hosted and they're nothing but a pain, with them randomly stopping and starting, and the hashrate being all over the place but averaging to be much lower than 13GHs.

Has anyone tried the updated firmware here and could let me know if it helps at all
https://www.cryptominerbros.com/solve-problem-zig-z1-pro-fix-dayun-zig-z1-pro-firmware-upgrade-firmware-update/

I'm using nicehash, do people find things to be more stable on other pools.

be more specific about your problem.
unstable hash is normal

how many Zig Z1 Pro you have hosted and do you have full control?
mine is updated with the last firmware and runs very stable with nicehash, but will never reach to 13ghs with all boards (11.5ghs is the average)

see my other post, i've been mining in some pools without problems. unstable hash is normal due to the difficulty in that moment of the coin.

if you agree, we can mine at the same moment and make a pool comparison to see which one pays better. i'm looking for candidates to do this and i will not be controlling your ASIC.

I've got 5 hosted. I know 2 of the ASICs have 2 hashboards not functioning, I know one is fine and I'm not sure about the other two.

Tbh it's been pretty hard to get them looked at as the hosting facility is pretty busy at the moment. I've asked for my pool to be switched to MRR so I can test my luck on some other pools when the hash isn't being rented.

I'm happy to try a pool comparison when they switch my pool over to MRR.

Is the latest firmware you mention the one I posted a link to?

i don't get it.... 5 ASICs are renting the hash or are mining on some specific pool???
if you are using pools to mine, let me know which, so i can help to make those comparison.

the only hash rental that i know is nicehash.

no idea what firmware is that one from cryptominerbros, unfortunately i don't remember from where i got it. my current version is 20190706

...

Let them install our non-SSH hub (check this video) for you so you can manage them by yourself.
Also MRR is supported so you could use both.

MRR is Mining Rig Rentals.

www.dayunmining.com is fake website .
Maybe u can try www.akminer and we are still selling some Z1 pro and akminer approved by moderator .

well...looks like they are both a scam..nice try though newbie!

The payout makes no sense for any of these units anyway, much like all ASIC's of any flavor at this time. Due to current low BTC/Crypto prices and difficulty

rising fast as hell, and of course the increase (by 1/3 my estimation) in pricing, since June 2019, on all ASIC miners of any flavor. Anyway, none of these Dayun Zig Z1's are available

anyway from what I can tell. Not the above links that are for sure (scammer links)

later Smiley

Is it normal for this hash to go down to zero and back up again then every so often or should it remain consistent?
