I trade short term, mid term and long term depending on the factors on ground. I go short term when the factors causing an uptrend will be short lived, for instance : listing on exchange news, big partnership etc. I mange risk by taking little to moderate profit and by setting stop loss, greed is risky in short term trading.

Risk management in the crypto space has to do with how familiar you are with the crypto market and trading are to you. You need to first understand whatever you are doing and also have a plan and a target. For me before i sell or buy a particular coin, I set specific price i will like to sell or buy the crypto. After I spend my time monitoring the trading trends of that coin. If my target is not met, I change the plan to meet the target.

Reducing the risk by making research when investing into coins.
Having profit targets and taking the profit when reached.
Using stop loss strategy when trading  is also important for risk management.

The bigger the possible profit, the higher the risks are. I am only putting small funds into any coin and if they get dumped or lost, I won't be disappointed. If they are giving profit, I am pretty  happy about it, but you should always manage your risks.
It is not the way I think this shows you are not sure about future of your coin, it is very important to have faith and trust otherwise there are scammers and some are hackers who will distract you, better hold for long and invest as much as you can, don’t think about lose and disappointment, be positive and invest as much as you can.

This strategy is called '' diversification '' which get from years of experience. This is the easiest and smartest action to reduce the risk. Diversification should be divided not only within the crypto, but between all valuable assets.

Hedge a diversified portfolio of the top performing crypto-assets and never invest more than I can afford to lose (obviously).

Always following the latest news and developments is the best thing to manage the risks, we never know whether the coins we have become a scam someday because no one can guarantee.

Dividing our investment is good option to reducing fluctuation movement. Holding top 100 coinmarketcap is more safe because the liquidity more than others coin or token. I am prefer holding for long term than trading in market because i dont have good trading skill

I am still doing short-term trading, indeed this is risky. But we will make a profit faster, even if only a little. Now the market is in good condition because Bitcoin and Ethereum are very stable. And slowly the price of coins began to grow.

For me, I will invest lesser amount when the risk is higher. I am actually expecting a higher returns for high risk investment. On the other hand, I don’t mind investing more for a lower risk coin such as Bitcoin. In any case, the money I use for investing will be from my spare fund and I am prepared to lose the money in worst case.

I do many research to minimize risk, know all about the projects that we will join. If we know more and we learn that we will be able to minimize the risk
Well there is a saying that "Don't put all your eggs in one basket" and so is the same with investments. I always try to spread my funds on more than one coin when investing on short term basis especially when am trading.

I am trying to buy coins before any event on the projects roadmap. As soon as these coins are raising their value by 30-40 percent, I am selling these coins and moving on to the next one. The risks are that this event will be postponed or cancelled but I can live with it.

This is the right strategy in 95% of cases in the cryptocurrency market. I also follow a similar strategy.

That makes you prone to insider manipulation from the team. If everybody acts like you the team is best off to buy coins from themselves and sell before a roadmap item might get hit or they could even delay it on purpose.

A roadmap should be in each project. Investors and customers can monitor the implementation of their goals every day.

If we are talking about safe investments, then of course it would be appropriate to note the diversification of risks in terms of investing in several assets, this is how you have a chance to earn more and not lose your investments.

With this market conditions in only focus on short term trading. Because we market is not still find the bottom and we will able to buy coins for long term at that time. So i believe in this market condition more even 10% is enough with short term trading.

Focusing on short term trading does not mean you will easily profit.
It's also risky as we never know if this good movement now will pursue, price could dip again and that might cause another panic.

When you are in long term, you should not panic easily as you have hold this long or bought during the dip, you just have to be patient.

the correct distribution of investments, the obligatory division of the main amount into several parts, the study of the project and undoubtedly the lower the price of ico the more chances to get X when entering the stock exchange, all this usually helps to avoid unnecessary losses and get a plus when investing ... do not panic and, if necessary, sell or sell at a loss with the ability to return at least something (if the project does not develop) or a long holding (which by the way brings good dividends) .. in any case, risk management is a permanent ntrol of their portfolio and projects.
