The Minex team have lost the public relations battle, it is a disaster for them. Banning people on Telegram and using the censored Bitcointalk thread to silence people has backfired spectacularly.

I do think Boris and Co have definitely left enough evidence to make themselves culpable in a Court of law. I just hope Boris does get a chance to defend himself in Court even though it will be a futile attempt to try to avoid the inevitable jail sentence.

They are quiet because of two reasons.

After multiple failures in a row and MNX price in spiral fall,they exausted all possible and impossible excuses and lies. Second, a lot of people employeed in Minexsystems,especially in theirs Support and Marketing department left,so there is nobody who can talk with customers except 2 guys in Telegram.

Irina Syvun, head of Customer Department left in August 2018,  Kateryna "Katoshi" Doljenko - Chief Strategy officer in marketing department left in January 2019 (went to CODEX exchange) and Lyudmila Tovstenko - Chief Marketing officer left Minexsystem few days ago.

There are no one left in Marketing department,so Temhuk probably got promotion
