Market conditions will draw demand for etherum with a fixed supply so the price will varry a lot. Stabilizing any of the cryptocurrencies is not an easy task as being decentralised they do not allow us to manipulate with their prices. Peoples all over the world can place buy/sell order without any restrictions so it would be a nearly impossible task to see the price for etherum much more stable.
