Maybe the investors is more selective to pick an ICO and they became more wise and not too rush because with the previous experience from many investors that they were lost even trapped at scam ICO so i think currently ICO still not dying off but it was filtering and only good potential ICO will be popular and successfully but the rest of them will be turn out to scam

I think yes, because :
1. many ICOs fail.
2. ICOs are very difficult to achieve hardcap.
3. the interest of people who invest in ICOs or crypto starts to decline, it is seen from the market cap that continues to fall.

They aren't dead yet but if we do compare on last years success or hype of ICO then its completely different on this year.Due to lots of scams in the market
it already affects investors confidence when it comes to investing into ICO. If this would continue then I wont surprised if we do head that way.
Even legit projects doesn't even get sufficient support because of this matter.

In the process of 2018, I can say that most of the projects that carried out the ICO now do not say that they are finishing their work or something like that, so I probably think that everything will be fine

To my regret yes. Being a bounty hunter I see negative tendency, because there is less worthy ICOs with working product.
It is harder to collect soft cap and bounty payments have been reduced

it seems yes, the current market situation is not reliable
the decline almost occurs every time and this is repeated from the month of the month. too risky in every investment as well as trading.
almost every ico project that I met always had difficulty in the level of sales.

Well, you yourself would have invested your money in the project, knowing that there is a very high risk that the sum of your tokens will be less than the cost of the investment? or what is unknown when your investment starts to pay off and make a profit?
no one wants to risk, not project developers, nor potential investors

ICOs are not dying off, what I see and understand is that the good ICOs are been filtered while the craps are thrown out of the system, When ever reputable project emerges, it get funded.

ICOs are not totally dying but they are still living and fluently transmulated only the real and people who loves reading are able to know what is going on. Those projects are legit is totally stated the best in the system while scam are working secretly.

ICOs grow very well and there are many more ICOs in the crypto world. We can find out many new ICOs almost every week. They have new and latest technology to be offered. So, that it is why I don't think that ICO is dying off. They are still growing although their prices are always lower after listed on the exchange.

Are kidding me, ico will continue to rise. Though, for now ico was became bad shot to most community here. That's why most members in the forum they felt allergic in the ico because most of them was scam ico project. But I still believed that there is still few ico project which I can consider as a legit one.

That's actually correct, the month of September record low number of ICO investment, and it happens because of bear market, i still think that ICO investing have not died, bear market is still holding some ICO from hosting their crowd sale or launching their ICO, I think once market recovers, more ICO will hold their sales, but I would want more ICO to reduce the amount of money they are rising.

A rather erroneous opinion, built on the fact that the total turnover of money in the ICO sphere fell. Do you understand that the large turnover was due exclusively to the large rate of Ethereum?

Indeed, interest in new projects has fallen significantly. On the one hand, this is good because it minimizes the presence of fraudsters in the market.

I don't think ICO will die. Trust in the ICO is falling, but I think that most likely it will recover after the decision of the SEC.

Somehow it is a good thing that ICOs are a bit down because now we can see which are the valuable projects and in which of them is worth investing.

We are in long bear market so I think it's natural that there's less money coming in. I believed ICO will not die and will continue as long as blockchain technology live.

ICOs are not dying. In my point of view, ICOs are just adjusting to the situation of the market. Some suspends their ICO which I think is a good moveb rather than going on with their token sale and don't get enough funds to list it on exchange. Their are still great ICOs that stand out despite of cryptocurrency crises. They still push through and successful due to have experienced team members, strong community and supporters, a good product that sells, usable product that's why investors invest on it. Scavo is one of the ICOs I consider good to invest this year.

ICO does not die, they are just beginning to ascend to their pedestal. Now the problem is that the money is leaving the cryptocurrency market and the most vulnerable projects are those that only collect money.
