How to create a Confidential Asset on Beam

https://www.raskul.com/creating-a-confidential-asset-on-beam/

BEAM OPEN SOURCE POOL SOFTWARE

following hard fork at block height 777,777 I have undertaken two stress tests on the pool code.
Using https://pool.raskul.com I deployed two tests by renting hashrate from nicehash.

The first test was a prolonged period (around 8 hrs)of around 20Ksol and this produced some fantastic results, with regards to the stability of the pool.

As this was pretty early on in the new BeamHashIII algorithm, i was pleasantly surprised to find absolutely ZERO invalid shares submitted and only a small portion of stale shares (around 0.04ksol over the duration)

The second test was even better, and this was conducted after the difficulty had settled and blocks were being produced on the 1min average as expected..

I pushed 200Ksol for around an hour and again ZERO invalid shares, but this time the stale shares were even lower at 0.001ksol stale over the duration.

This is testament to the fantastic work which has gone into producing the open source pool software and the repo can be found here:

https://github.com/r45ku1/beam-mine

also we have built a payment processor called BASiC which can be found here:

https://github.com/r45ku1/basic

both open source software instances have a full how-to guide.

simply make sure your wallet is closed - download the update from https://beam.mw/downloads and run it.
the wallet will guide you through migration from the old version
if you have any issues please ask in https://t.me/BeamSupport

I can explain wht DeFi means. It means "pump" or "new ICO", new trend to take money from naive investors, who will buy at the top and lose 80% of worth, while staying with bags of worthless coins.
Beam can do better than this. It is POW privacy coin, real thing.

It is a technology we should always divert to a new technology that's how cryptocurrency will work, based on the trend the market movement will be. Don't consider it is a negative, we should dig more in order to get more information about the Defi and how the companies showing their potential activity for developments.

a little naive if you do not say true what you say from your statement, but the benefits and objectives of DEFI itself is very good unfortunately it is made a big pump against DEFI-based tokens

all have both negative and positive impacts on DEFI, there are two things, there's no need to doubt if the team really works hard to bring a better direction

although it is buble you also enjoy it not from these benefits

Unleashing Beam Web Wallet to Testnet

Today we announce two complimentary products joining the Beam ecosystem!

https://medium.com/beam-mw/beam-web-wallet-1-0-0-testnet-release-notes-82cb6b5c92bd

The Beam Web Wallet Chrome extension, and the Wallet Service, will both work to make Beam more easily accessible, and open the doors for more users and 3rd party integrations. The two have been released for now on Testnet, and will later be released to Mainnet.

You can check out the video Introduction to the Web Wallet by Raskul here: https://youtu.be/0pxEpF09FIQ

Extensive documentation on the Wallet Service is available for those looking to integrate Beam. This can be found on the Beam GitHub Wiki: https://github.com/BeamMW/beam/wiki/Wallet-Service
