1) Too much stress.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.

Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).

It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

UPD #1

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2

There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96

Yes, trading is taking too much time to earn. However, that time that was used tells you how much you will earn on that trading site. Stressful if you still don't know how to manage it. And boring because you still don't know how to make fun with it.

I have a thought that will help the trader feel not too nervous when entering the order. That during their trade, they should record the transaction logs and feel whenever they win or lose, when they read the log they will recognize what they should do.

Of course, crypto is very similar to gambling. Very quickly you can lose your entire deposit. Crypto has the same characteristics as gambling. To count on a good profit is not enough just luck. You need to deeply study the processes in the market and carry out a lot of analytical work.

It means that you didn’t understand the coins you are trading, because trading does not take much time and brings a good profit if you do it right. Invest for a short time, it also gives a good profit, just study the project in which you will invest.

Although this is situation create stress to their investors due to go down market value. but l think this situation would be changed be positive.
Market crypto currency will be like this, even though the crypto currency price experiences a continuous increase then at that time you will be confused by determining the take profit you want. The other side you are still eager to continue to hold because you are sure prices will continue to rise, but the other side you will regret if prices decline quickly. What will make someone stress when trading crypto currenncy is that they are too ambitious. Every time he gets a victory, he will be eager to continue to get it and when you get a loss, you will continue to be eager to patch up the losses you experience.

For sure, if you want to trade you need to invest a lot of time. But on the other hand, if you are good in trading, you can earn a lot of money. It also make sense to take part in different bounties to earn even more tokens.

Well, I think what you went through is actually fairly normal.
When someone starts out investing in crypto, they get obsessed with it.
They end up checking cmc all the time and spend their free time looking up coins to invest in.

Of course, if doing that is stressful, than you should stop.
I haven't done blockchain games before because, despite what people say, to me it looks like gambling.
Sure, there is a "game" aspect to it, but in the end, it is still gambling.
I prefer to be the deciding factor on if I win or lose or not, rather than playing games of chance.

But, from what I've seen, I guess it's not as bad as the straight up casinos or pyramid schemes, so  more power to you.

It is good to stop trading if it give you lots of stress. It is not healthy in the long run. You may want to change your strategy and invest for the long term instead.

Because the market has become so unpredictable that you can only lose Sovi tokens that have long saved up, and earned on trade, now the best position is to keep long-term, even say that a lot of traders only lost their money, instead of earning, so that's the main reason why many traders stopped trading

I would stop as well if trading is giving me a stressful day but that will only be a temporary leave.

I wouldn't leave and stop trading for a very long time just because of the stress. I may feel stress but I'm not going to stop trading, I'll take a rest but will continue.

I face the same problem also when I first learn how to trade. I could remember I spent nothing less than 16 hours daily checking chart and staring at my order on binance app on my phone. well to day I do not that again and one thing I discovered was that during those period I was in for just short term interest. I thought I could make averagely $50 a day trading but I couldnt continue that. Now i place buy order and ones its executed I will set target by placing a sell order

Not everyone can trade. The most important thing for a trader is psychological stability. The trader needs to be able to focus on the task, not paying attention to any pleasant and unpleasant unexpected moments that arise in the form of news, failures and unexpectedly emerging opportunities during trading.

Nevertheless, I believe that the games on the blockchain are created for the purpose of entertaining, you should not invest a lot of money in them, otherwise you can get too carried away and lose a lot.

I also engaged in trade, but realized that I was bad at it. The cryptocurrency market is very volatile and losses can be very high. Now I stick to the strategy of buying altcoins and forgot about them for a while.

some people earn 2-3k USD monthly. But they do it professionally. Like they spend 8 hours per day. I don't have so much time
