     A developer came up with the project,team working with developer to pick it up from there,then community decide the last part of the project.

it's a complex of things. i would say, the developer is a key point here. without it there's no work left to the team or community. we have to have something in order to promote it

Before you have a large community, you must have a well-organized team and plan for the project. These things make you convince the first investors, because they really see the potential from the project, they just put money on it. Of course all of you stated above was all important to the success of the project. I do not think if one of those you stated will the only thing that could bring success. All of it has a roles to bring the success, from the developer to the project team down to the community has a contingent to the victory of the project. The developer was lucky if its have a good project team to handle its project.

I don’t quite understand what sense it is to make some choice between all these links, because, in general, this is one big team that will have to show the results that investors will be satisfied with.
