I think that the differentiation can not be mentioned, as in the bear market fall absolutely all the coins. Differentiation is useful in General, but not specifically now.

I got the one main lesson from this downtrend - always use stop-loss orders! I overestimated the prospects of some crypto projects and earned losses, but I HODL and hope for the prices recovery in 2019-2020 with the new bull trend.

Exactly. We should never invest in something we don’t understand. But only invest what we can afford to lose. From my point of view waiting till the market is stable would be the right behavior in such a hard bear market.

What i've got from this condition of market is, to become more patient. Cause the condition is still looking in a bad shape even until today. I saw the price dropping a little too much compared to another day.

Trading highly unregulated crypto currencies having no intrinsic value is dangerous.

Don't fool yourself trading crypto. Up to full loss is likely, because all projects need money to scope operational costs for energy (mining, hosting, etc.) which have to be paid.
Only healthy stable growth can compensate these increasing costs.

Therefore I recommend:
(1) only invest money you can afford to loose: i. e. 1-5% of your savings.
(2) only invest into crypto currency projects seeing the point: take your time to research the basic project details and value distribution facts
(3) take an eye on the overall market and new technical developments; what's great today is likely outdated tomorrow

BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST: In this bear market,I have learnt that the worst could happen,so we should always prepare for the worst.Many have lost up to 80% of their portfolio to this bear market because they are not expecting the worst to happen,unfortunately,they are caught up in it.If they had prepare for the worst,they could have done something about their portfolio at the beginning of the bear market.

Never go panic, you should do research and study well.
Never sell your tokens, feel the market first not all tokens will go down even it is bear season.
Dont look for the USD value with tokens make it is SATOSHI or BTC price.
