It will be a good news if China lift up their banned on crypto currency due to their population and rank in the world but we must remember that China ban did not stop Bitcoin from reaching it previous ATH. However, with my research the Chinese did not put an end to crypto currency ban nor legalized it but they had a meeting about it.

You have some reliable source, I was looking in google and I get old articles with many speculations, if really China releases the cryptos in the country, that would mean that the bull run of December can still happen, I want to believe that but several years in this medium have made me a little skeptical.

You are wrong there. They haven't really lifted the ban. It's just that you can own and do p2p crypto transactions directly. Not via exchanges or any median in between. And that's something the basic property of cryptos. No country can put a ban on that.
Otherwise China is tightening the hold on cryptos. It's even trying to ban airdrops. I don't think it will allow its citizens to use cryptos freely, any time soon.
