I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!

If you just go further until this moment i guess you got the coins more cheaper,though I don’t really know that this is the bottom still i can see more lower prices compared to December 2018 Had bought some additional tokens and coins so i will be ready anytime the market kicked to the highest growth again.also the readiness for any circumstances either we profit early or wait upto the 2020 it doesn't matter as volatility is what this all works |

What I have in my mind is to buy those coins that has not declined so much in this bearish market. Just take a look at EOS, it's not like other altcoins that suffered 100 to 1000% loss in value. It's better to choose those kind than to catch those other assets that make us think it's already bottom but they are just really weak projects that won't stop falling.
