The total staking rewards are about 1M TWINS per day. Even if this would be completely earn by attacker and then dumped on exchange, this won't affect the price so much. We see some legit users dumping big amounts of TWINS. Our assumption is that people are simply cashing out for their own reasons, we do not see panic sale or similar. However, do think to reduce the staking reward to a minimum until the fake stake hack will be found and fixed.

The problem is that this would require wallet update for everyone, and if we do so, we would like to introduce more improvements, for example - multi-tiers

 Hi there.  Short update - looks like PIVX released solution for a fake-stake attacks, we are currently reviewing it and going to merge into TWINS & FIX codebase.   That would be mandatory update and a protocol change.  Hopefully, the same update will also include long-waited Multi-Tier masternodes.

let's hope so! about the price, my opinion is that the community exchange is very young and there is no influx of customers yet, but I think this is a matter of time, I just see that the team has been working for days.

Personally I do not think this fix is going to fix the mess they did(PIVX team), because based on the data I gathered. The fake stake itself is created by one of the lead developers of PIVX itself which means it is going to be his way for him/her to make money. What I am hoping for is a migration to nep catapult, with a new kind of technology I believe it can help the project revive some of its prices and boost its usability.

 Vladimir has lounched our own testnet based on NEM Catapult software + web wallet service + Blockchain explorer. We are testing all these components by doing transactions, creating namespaces, mosaisc (tokens) as well as playing with NEM SDK anf REST API functions

The goal is to start implementing the FIX security policy on blockchain ASAP, so we do need environment to start playing with. But at the same time, TWINS should be implemented in the exchange first, so we could build an experience with network migration before doing that for FIX. When we ask users to start checking, XEM is confusing, we should brand it correctly from the beginning.

Good Let's start over - there is no Nem Catapult release yet. Expected ..... they promise 4 quarter.
In terms of quantity ... it depends on the power of the computer that holds the node (s), up to 4000tx / sec has been tested today.
How will the exchange - Well, it's too early to discuss, that's for sure
