What is quite important to mention about the current algorithm is that it doesn't prevent double payments, but it solves the issue in another way: in the following round of payment(s), the number of rewards is adjusted according to the previous round, so, for example, if tier-100 masternode has won 104 times, due to double payments, it should win only 96 times in the next round. If, for example, tier-1 masternode wins twice, it should skip the next round.
So what this means is that the reward ratios might not be correct all the time, but, eventually, the correct ratios should be restored.

===========Discussion of test wallets on the discord channel==============

I read some confusion about the tier mn reward structure. Let me clarify:
There is no plan to program higher reward amounts to higher tiers. The reason is we should avoid motivating users using shared MN services for profit optimization. However, if you look at the following snapshot of 73 hours:
1M - 2 rewards
5M - 14 rewards
20M - 57 rewards
100M - 302 rewards
You will see that in any certain point of time, the higher tiers got the reward more frequently than lowers - making the rewards more liquid, if this make sense to you.

To someone who asked: there are enough masternode running to see the rewards ratios, so there is no need to set up new masternodes.
The more masternodes there are, the less frequent are reward cycles, making it more difficult to observe the reward ratios.
Remember that tier-100 masternode represents 100 tier-1 masternodes, so there are quite enough masternodes already running, I believe

We have released an updated version of the TWINS & FIX wallets. This version includes:
* Long awaited support for multi-tiers masternodes
* Protocol upgrade


Multi-tier functionality is currently disabled until majority of the network will upgrade to a new version.
Please note, that before multi-tier functionality will be activated with spork message, the wallet will recognise as MN collateral only transactions of 1,000,000 coins, the rest will be shown as regular transactions.
