Happy New Year!
2020 was a very challenging year for most of us in so many ways. But despite all the headwinds, this was a very productive year for New Capital. It is very exciting to look back and remind ourselves of the remarkable moments and achievements in 2020. Let's list some of the publicly visible milestones:
• The FIX development team implemented and tested the full logic required for performing cryptographic signatures on a SIM card, together with a SIM Toolkit app for configuring the SIM.
• The TWINS and FIX blockchains achieved stability and security, and a multi-tier architecture was added.
• The chain.review blockchain explorer was launched.
• Fully geo-redundant and secure NCE infrastructure was deployed.
• NCE EU-compliance was achieved, with full registration as a crypto exchange.
• NCE fees for participants were implemented for the first time.
• The NCE Private API was released together with an algo-trading bot.
• The Source Force and NCE integration was completed, including an automated airdrop process.
• Our partnership with NEM was enhanced, enabling us to participate in the first-of-its kind, government-backed crypto project, LBCoin, which was launched by the Bank of Lithuania. The technical knowledge and legitimacy acquired through this trailblazing project will be leveraged for many years to come.
Looking forward to 2021, we hope to achieve even more. Here is a short list of our goals for the upcoming year:
FIX Network:
• Distribute the Early Adopter FIX SIM cards.
• Fine tune the FIX ID solution with the help of our community.
• Start sending FIX ID cards to influencers and industry players.
• Onboard additional service providers to implement the FIX ID solution.
• Test the FIX ID app in a wide range of real-world use cases.
• Migrate to NEM's Symbol enterprise blockchain.
• Launch a ground-breaking and highly-anticipated product for FIX - a decentralized policy and DID number management solution.
• Initiate the FIX Hardware Button project.
TWINS:
• Migrate to NEM's Symbol enterprise blockchain.
• Initiate a real-world scenario for TWINS - the issuance of digital assets on the TWINS network.
• Launch a physical TWINS coin and the associated custodial services.
• Design and implement a supply-demand inflation model.
New Capital:
• Launch Source Force v1.0.
• Introduce a new asset listing process.
• Advance the 3rd party project listing service on Source Force.
• Publish a mobile version of the NCE platform.
• Improve processes and implement innovative solutions to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Launch our masternode hosting and custodian services.
Wallet App:
• Resume project development.
Chain Review:
• Include additional coins/assets on this platform.
• Enable transaction, address, masternode and cluster tagging by the community.
• Publish a mobile version of this platform.
• Advance the platform integration with other services.
