Shitposter bounty spammer with multiple alts

Someone has been reporting a few users for posting back to back and I started to notice a pattern. In addition to the constant double posting they also make the same sort of badly-spelled posts with letters jumbled up and all in lower case. For example:

it is the cryptocurrency world we are talking about so i do not think that ot can be so stable for us to predict which tokens will appear

i expect good token that will bring you a  lot of money and good emotions so i believe that you should not be afrid of the cryptocurrency world

peopel think thatbthey do not need much experience and much knowledge to be  aholder but really why jot to do so

peopel think taht holding is good and that it is easy and thwy are right in a way but it is still quite responsible for peopel

peopel have a right to do wahtever they want to do and we will know how to be more kind and human if we pat more attention

of course there are a lot of peopel who can not afford a lot but tht it only a beginning and i want to wish them good luck

scammers are lazy and i believe that there is jo way for peopel to control this events and there will be always a risk to be scammed

it is okay taht peopel want easy money but still they should know taht stealing is bad and that should be punished

i buy new coins as i think taht they can sometimes bring us more amd more than old omes and old ones can bring us down

you will be surprised when you w8ll find out ablut how mzny new anf really brand new coins ypu have but not know about

i think taht there is jo need for cancelling icos as they bring people a lot of money an dnecessary experience for their work

icos are not cancelled as there is no need for this the only thing we have to do is to avoid scamming and to panish scammers

Well I have never heard about it, I think it is not really famous or you can say my lack of information about it, now a day at best marketing value coin is only bitcoin, people are investing, trading and using bitcoin from so many different places, they are getting good profit with it, so I think hold your ripple for some time and try bitcoin investment, it will be profitable for sure.

I for one find crypto currency innovative. There are new ares of crypto that are profitable. It gives out more returns than other part. There trading, bounties, Airdrops and now recently, ICO, which did turn out to be very profitable before scams and the bear market came along.

crypricurrency is a great additional income or if you just want to develop your skills in differetn areas you can choose it

I don’t mind that a lot of people are everyday here. Our trying to be rich is clear and the majority of us are ready to make crypto our fulltime job. If I may ask a somewhat noobie-type question:  what's the difference between nuking and banning an account?  I've always used those terms interchangeably.  Anyway, it's good to see these fuckers getting banned.  It all looks like sloppy texting to me, but there's little doubt in my mind that those accounts are connected.

Nuke=ban+remove post history can be done only on newbies accounts. (before the jr 1 merit requirement, idk now if is linked to the activity since we have newbies with > 30 activity)

I don't think he's a spambot. I think he just struggles with English, has dozens of accounts and is rushing to squeeze out posts as fast as he can, hence all the mistakes. I often type like that when I go fast. The problem is here is he doesn't proofread his posts nor care about it. He just spouts out some generic nonsense and mostly back to back to bump his post count up and then on to the next account which he often posts back to back there too. I think he's Russian and most of the accounts have received at least one merit and they happen to be Russian a lot of the time too so I think that should be looked into. I'm sure this goes much deeper.

I don't think that's actually the case here, Going through the posts below (just to quote a few), I could only think of one possible situation;
1. Copy and Paste; switching alphabets in order to make it hard to find. (Mostly likely)

These accounts are not same. Bounty reporters posting their bounty report on a single board and that board is only for posting bounty and reporting bounty. They are not spamming on Bitcoin section, Economy section which has discussion board. No one is going to bounty section to learn anything or discuss anything. When the bounty reports are no longer needed in the thread since many bounties moved to google form for reporting their weekly reports but still they will be reporting on the thread itself which is spam and its against the forum rule too so ban can be implemented on those accounts.

I think admin/moderators doesn't read rules of bounty. In this case if bounty report doesn't require but still bounty hunters post on the thread then we should report against the bounty reporters who break rules if so, admin/moderator would be able to take action. Either admin/moderator will remove the post and/or will ban the bounty hunter if require.

Whether he struggles with English or not is debatable, but what isn't debatable is he struggles with typing  accurately or proofreading as he is almost certainly just bashing out nonsense as quickly as he can hence all the mistakes, and most people would make mistakes if they were trying to barf out one-liners over multiple accounts as fast as possible. He only used the 9 instead of the O because the 9 is right above the O and he's obviously smashing away at his keyboard so fast that accuracy is the least of his worries. I mean, why should he even bother proofreading or writing more than a sentence when he's going to get paid for them regardless of content.
