Yes, we need to have regulation for the cryptocurrency because scam coins making more noise compared to the potential coin which has active developments from the team. In order to control these fake coin will lead more in cryptocurrency adoptions.

I am agree, regulation can reducing scam project and could protect investor funds. If government regulating ICOs, i am believe only good project with responsible developers team will launch ICOs and make market more healthy from scammers

If i overview the technological aspects, most of them are data platforms, service platforms, or reverse-ICOs.

I mean, is Blockchain technology even going to develop further so that it can be commercialized and standardized?

I do agreed that majority of the altcoins are becoming worthless nowadays, only few of them are potentials and have good volume in the market.
It is also true that nowadays most of the new coins has been listed under IEO project, were according to them that a coins listed under IEO is much more safe rather ICO.

Regarding the IEOs, I don't think all type of exchange launchpads will be successful for new token sales. The old ICO mode lost its purpose and turned to scam machine in the hands of smart scammers. After the IEO these tokens will be worthless and this unsuccessful token sales sequence will bring an end of the IEO HYPE.

My big question so far is who should make regulations so that some fraudulent projects no longer appear and worthless tokens tokens are removed?

Not possible yet, but this IEO investment procedures is allowing community to sort new projects to support, with how the exchange sort and allow this types of investment ventures, in some way the site itself can regulate but still everything will depends on how traders and investors support any projects.

To be honest i don't really care about that. I mean, if the project is really trash and useless then no one will buy their tokens and the tokens will dead by itself and in the end, the exchanges will delisted the coins from the exchange. So in my opinion it's okay new altcoins get listed on exchange.

That seems to be something that most people miss and are not capable to understand, most icos despite their promise of the contrary are going to fail so it is a horrible mistake to invest everything in a single ico, the smart investors then invest their capital in several icos knowing full well that most of them will fail but a few ones will give them a huge return on their investment.
