One of the challenges of Bitcoin was with internet accessibility in some remote areas around the globe. Blockstream Satellite can be seen as a great development which is taking the crypto space to another level. As this solves the internet problem, the Lighting Network and other developments also solve the speed issues and in the end makes the patronage of BTC more convenient.

as far as I know, sending bitcoin to a wallet will certainly require an internet network. well, that's a thing to do. when bitcoin can be traded without the internet, I think the amount can be manipulated. but I don't know, it could be that technological developments cover that up.
