I don't know what this satellite is to bring,but bitcoin cannot be used without internet so this is going to give internet service to whole world?

For now most of the world's places have internet so availability of internet is not a problem for mainstream adoption.

I think this is impossible to happen, we know for ourselves that bitcoin is an online digital currency that can only be accessed through the internet. internet network and bitcoin have become one, and of course if there is no internet, it will be difficult to open everything related to bitcoin.

Just heard about block stream today. To be honest, this is not going to have much affect on the current market situations. People that are arguing and saying that users from underdeveloped countries can now use bitcoin needs to think clearly and straight. Do you really think people from countries that have no internet access knows about crypto currencies? Do you really think they can afford to invest on crypto currencies? Are they actually going to use it to make day to day transactions?

I have also had of it before either but never try it out to confirm how effective or good the bitcoin transaction works through the use of the satellite but with my research I believe Adam Back was the one that implement the uses of the satellite. But, it will be better if we could also use bitcoin through sms.

You can't send a transaction by satellite. Only update the blockchain on your node.

This will probably good and bitcoin become more useful. As we know now bitcoin or blockchain technology depends much on internet, it limit the areas of crypto currecny. There many ares that crypto and bitcoin cannot enter for the internet reason.

Therefore, the use of crypto without internet is better and even it will be a step forward of blockchain improvement.

That's true and I think it will be big help to us and also to some people that cant reach of internet in their country because we all some of are dont have ability to pay internet mostly to place that poor and cant reach of internet.

Using bitcoin without internet is not possible. We all know that bitcoin only runs to the help of the internet, that is why we called it a digital crypto currency, it has an physical appearance that we can touch. I think you don't understand the news. It says you can use bitcoin without the internet CONNECTION but you can use it thru the rented satellite they have which broadcast bitcoin. So this means that you are still connected but NOT through the internet.

Internet is much important for us and for crypto it is useful that we have this mode of payment so many useful things is possible through this currency and Internet is important for the crypto like we can not access our wealth in crypto if we have no internet and with out internet we can not pay it to some one.

Without internet it isn't possible to make use of bitcoin as well other digital currencies. Only possibility is through the usage of satellite signals. Maybe in future we can expect this to happen. It's not necessarily about investing in cryptocurrencies but using them -- namely, receiving/validating payments and propagating blocks/transactions. It's not really for day-to-day transactions since nobody can broadcast transactions via the satellite anyway.

There are two primary benefits I see. It can help reinforce robustness (nodes remaining fully synced and at least locally connected for propagation of block data) where lack of internet connectivity degrades network performance. Secondly, anyone receiving payments can validate them without an internet connection.

I think even though there are satellites we still have to use the internet to get a network, maybe satellite signals can be used and need the internet to access.
