This coin is a sleeping giant waiting to be waken.
Let's wake it up then  Grin
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Please note: the pawn multipool mined already almost 1 BTC worth of pawncoins: 0.9264 after shift #4
If we would get a bit more hashrate we will be able to generate more buy power on exchanges!

We heard people think they get better profits when mining solo or in pool only Pawncoins. We check every xx minutes the most profitable coins on the alt markets and compare to Pawcoin profitability. See some examples of this real profitability data from our live server: (we have thousands of such log lines)

2014-05-16 17:27:42 [RESULT] Best coin for scrypt is **coin on Cryptsy with 0.00712881 BTC/day per Mh/s (pawncoin on Poloniex with 0.00511192 BTC/day per Mh/s)
2014-05-16 21:27:32 [RESULT] Best coin for scrypt is **coin on Cryptsy with 0.00952570 BTC/day per Mh/s (pawncoin on Poloniex with 0.00460711 BTC/day per Mh/s)

We loose some profit while exchanging these coins to BTC and BTC to pawn, but the difference in profitability are big. Secondly if you mine at multipool you will bring buy support to the exchanges!!

The whitepaper for ePawncoin is almost ready, we sill start the IPO as soon the pawncoin protocol changes to POS
The POS transition is being caused by the dev working on the code., as soon he's done. He will implement the changes to the source code.
Thanks

thanks!

For those that doesn't understand TX mining, i suggest you take a look at this thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=427519.0

380 pages  Shocked

Can someone give a summery?  Grin

Have you read the first post?
It's explained there Wink

Small quote regarding Premine Coin (PMC), which explains TX mining
Quote
When you mine Premine, you are mining the transaction fees generated by all the people who buy, sell and trade it. In this sense, you can only mine PMC as fast as it is bought and sold, making it exceptionally stable. It does not suffer the major flaw of most cryptocurrencies, which is market flooding caused by a large drop in mining difficulty. This inevitably leads to downward pressure on market pricing causing the altcoins you hold to devalue at any given moment. PMC is not based on this model and, therefore cannot flood the market in this manner.

Now block 32636, only 2364 blocks to hard fork, 150 seconds between blocks... ~98,5 hours ~4 days Roll Eyes

I must have missed something.
Where is mentioned that hard fork will be at 35k blocks?

Devs:
Can you put a small timeline on 1st page / first post?

For example
@ block 35k (or whatever) hardfork
x days after hardfork IPO start
x days after IPO start IPO end
etc
etc

We all believe you have a clear path in mind for this coin and ePAWN, please make it visible to us Smiley
