Seems a lot of plans changed here. I would like to ask the devs if the initial plan for the price of PAWN of 5-25 USD is still alive tough?

+1

doubt it bro. They have mentioned pawcoin-only IPO for e-pawncoin . Now they have bitcoin in the mix.

I don't think you can ever say a call for Pawn's value to be worth 5-25 a "plan," it's more like hopes.

Yeah, there was always going to have to be a balance between listening to the community and sticking to their guns.  I applaud the devs for listening but I do think too much has been changed or not communicated still.

Err Balance??? or dev now realized they can make quick buck out of changing policies. That is the very reason why this coin cant take off in the first place.

Vote for Pawncoin on mintpal instead of trolling the dev.

I am voting. However Mintpal are not fair. They should have added watercoin yesterday but it is still on the list. This is not fair as they are dalying both its entry and the voting for all coins to collect more money. I sent them enquiry about this, let's see if they reply.

It was not hopes but plan according to the inital plan as it was pure mathematic which I described few posts above. Now it might turn into hopes tough when this plan is over.

And I am not ironizing with this question, this is direct question to pawnco.in: Is 5-25 USD still in your plans?

Because initialy a plan X was announced and this target was tied to it and I saw logic behind it and believed it. Now as the plan is changing and I can not know or understand it entirely I can not estimate as well if 5-25 is realistic target. So I want to hear from dev is this target is still part of the plan after the last changes.

If no BTC is accepted for the IPO.. Then the devs have to sell pawncoin to cover for the development costs

I hate to admit but you are right, the first plan should be used

but how can you reward the first stage?

Let's say that in stage 1 20%
5 pawncoin = 1 ePawncoin

Stage 2

20 pawncoin = 1 ePawncoin

Let me know your thoughts before I submit my final IPO structure.

There will be a minimum of 5,000 pawncoin  Grin try to get at poloniex.com without taking us to the moon

The community managers decided that only pawncoin will be used to buy ePawncoin. I am afraid you have to buy pawncoin to get into this epic IPO

Well, I must agree that this is true and it is the first time I tought about it.
Maybe then it is better idea to do just first stage with BTC.

But generally: all this changing in plans and different opinions are creating a total mess. My opinion means nothing more but the opinion than anyone here so I believe it would be best for devs to create a poll and to ask the community for the IPO structure. Yes, this is still their coin, however, if you act blindly against the community and you are refusing to communicate with it (not saying that this is the case here, but trying to prevent it), like the GPUcoin SEO did, once the community is not interested anymore in the coin the devs will also stay with empty hands as their coin needs the public support to be live.

Let's stop all negative energy and just put all into argumented criticzm, talk and discuss like a community and get things running well. I am still sure this coin has a potential for bright future, however, we need to work together to turn it into reality.

We are shutting down alpha down right now as it has proven to be fully working. We are now finalizing the beta server
(complete new server where we have been working on since alpha launch) and hope to have some big new for you guys tomorrow!

We are now letting all coins confirm the blocks and to final trading and payouts 2night from the alpha pool.

Stay tuned!

I agree, there is too much negative energy.  The issue is people can't (myself included) voice criticisms without being kind of attacked by others in the community.

Those of you who have been here from the beginning have known I have been a huge Pawncoin proponent from the beginning, but now that I am bringing up fair and valid points (and even in a professional way) suddenly we are "trolling" the devs?  This may not have been directed at me specifically but nonetheless I have seen very few critiques that weren't well-thought out, and they still get the troll treatment.

To have a successful coin you need both sides of the equation - criticism only helps to IMPROVE services and quality, not detract from it.  If a criticism causes the price of the coin to drop, well all that means is that that criticism is based in truth and needs to be addressed.
