100% sure no block reduction before this and maybe never.

There is only 1 rule for investments: stability even talking about major changes in the coin design, will scare investors, even if they will improve some things a bit. Uncertainty kills a market!
Devs make a clear roadmap, including possible reward changes, so anyone can anticipate. After that, stay with the plan that was made! In the long run this is better!

PS, I and others still get a lot of questions about the transaction. I know it goes back to the miners, but with increasing diff it is way off, A lot of people are just not interested in this coin due to high transaction fees (transaction fees are the #1 reason why people 'hate' the current banking systems) This coin wil certainly get more interest with lower transaction fees. It costs nothing to implement and more people will be interested (=higher exchange rate!)

Devs probably not know exact release date. They will announce it when they know. I would guess release is around the turn of the month, but its only my guess, so it may also be earlier.

It is common that software development projects have some delays and in this case they cant lack security things, so be patient!
