Keeping an eye on Dopecoin

What more needs to be said? Dopecoin. Perfect considering 99% of the crypto community consists of dopes.

That's the thing they aren't real pumpers. When a real pump happens it isnt going to be blasted over social media or shouted in public chatroom forums. If it worked that way, we would all be rich. These idiots who believe people who call themselves whales screaming "pump" are retards and they deserve to lose their money. They don't understand that while the "whales" are calling pump, they are actually dumping, and all the idiots who believe them are unknowingly the ones pumping and eating shit.

Noobs or not, the action the last few hours sort of kills any faith I have in this coin being resurrected, it goes up 100 satoshis and everyone is dumping for candy money. Are people that desperate to unload?

Looks like Herp was a member of Operation Shitcoin Cleanout and ran a "successful campaign" against MazaCoin:

Stoopid teenagers will be stoopid teenagers.

In the meanwhile, why not spend some of your hard earned, or even not hard earned, MZC on this fancy Raspberry Pi?

If Herp went to all of that trouble to 'cleanout' a perceived shitcoin, he really has no life.

To me, there is nothing wrong with people stating negative opinions about a coin, even more than once, so long as they are logical arguments and not spam. But this 'operation shitcoin' thing basically sounds like a group somehow determining on their own that a coin is a scam, and then they plan to spam the forum with neg comments about it. Besides being annoying, there is also a chance they will simply be wrong.

Most of the nation coins have no actual plan to provide the coins to people (Hong Kong and that Silicon Valley coin being exceptions). Yet... maybe they do figure something out. All people have to do is wait for the first airdrop... if it doesn't work on one coin, people will naturally be hesitant to buy others that are similar.

I'm mostly surprised that there are people with nothing better to do than try to campaign against certain coins.

Who told you to sell? Loss is when you sold coins by your own decision.
If you don't sell, the loss is not real but potential.

I prefer not to sell at 90% loss or so but holding for few weeks/months.
Never sell at 100% despair phase.

YES, pump was weak and short, BUT attracted ppl attention to Mazacoin.
Mazacoin is not dead. It's good that many of mazatradrers left the board.
It's easier on the ship by this.

Nope. I don't have a problem with premines or nation coins at all. I think many of these can be legitimate and serve purpose of increasing crypto and Bitcoin adoption with the general public and also serve an interesting decentralized agenda.

I only have a problem with dodgy ones that can undermine the effort.

I don't agree with the guys who started that thread.

Just a side-story here:

I'm the founder of StrikeSapphire. In 2008-'09, when we were building our software (pre-Bitcoin), we contacted a number of Indian tribes about using our software as an in-house gaming system on a private intranet, for their hotel/casino guests. This generally flew in the face of some regulations stating that gaming revenue networks can't be connected to external, insecure devices, which in turn would have meant a large investment in devices for the customers to use (i.e. they couldn't just use their phone or laptop to connect to a gaming revenue network). Besides the in-house issues, at the time, and still, US tribes do not have a licensing scheme for intra-state or offshore online gaming, the way the Kahnawake do in Canada.

In other words, we didn't get real far talking to the tribes and most of the tribal councils didn't give us the time of day. Vegas hotels were more interested, but had similar issues, and it was before intrastate online gaming was even on the table. Then Bitcoin came along and we changed our focus.

We were the first full casino to accept BTC, in 2011. We are the only one that has never taken US players. And so I was really excited when I first heard about Mazacoin, as it presents the idea of tying together our commitment to crypto-currency with some of our original concepts for finding a legal framework within the States. I picked up a few thousand coins and started looking into implementing it in our casino. And I tried to get in touch with Mr. Harris, in the belief that we could finally, using the coin as a means of payment for a US-facing site, get a legal footprint on American soil with the blessing of a tribal gaming administration. It was a long shot, but unfortunately Mr. Harris never responded to our request.

I still think there is great potential for MZC even if it is only accepted as an informal payment among tribes, not officially sanctioned. I think the hard work to be done is obviously getting it into the hands of everyday people and getting merchants to accept it.

We stand ready to accept MZC when we feel that things have stabilized and there is a solid plan going forward. We continue to be interested in working with a tribal gaming commission to make StrikeSapphire a regulated online wing of an existing licensed brick-and-mortar Indian casino, and we think accepting MZC would be a milestone on that path. However, at this point I would like to have more confidence that there is interest from the community, the founders and the Lakota in growing the currency with tribal licensed e-gaming in mind.

I'm sure he will respond as soon as he  has shaken off the FBI and other spooks who are following him.
