It's less of a scam than "premine for bounties and giveaway" This way all premined coins will be distributed. there will be no coins left in my wallet by accident as usual "premine for bounties and giveaway". no one need to pay BTC, if someone want IPO BLTZ, can easily contribute and get some BLTZ and I'll repeat again: ALL PREMINE COINS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED! |

So, really, BTC deposits are not needed. You can get IPO via contribution. No one need to spend BTC on this IPO. |
