You can easily add blitzcoin to c-cex, vote aren't expensive.
It's not the biggest exchange but it work good for the moment.

Hello BlitzCoiners WHAT a great logo! Nice work. I'm relatively new to cryptos, and have spent the vast majority of this month ass-deep in ZeitCoin. Now that rewards have reduced & PoS has started there's no point in GPU mining it anymore so I've been casting my net a little wider. - anyway my wallet is full enough that it'll be acting like a 32 Gh/s asic in a couple of weeks  I'm here at the suggestion of another Zeiter, and have to agree with him that spending a week of blitzing is 'worth a punt' & totally in keeping with my somewhat-anarchistic world-view  Hence I think I will bring my 1.45 Mh/s to the party on Monday.
