There's no need to my  friend because there are vigilant members of this forum doing their part and they have done a good job so far. ICOethics are the number one group for me who exposed those greedy scammers and there are also some individuals who listens to accusations like marlboroza and lauda.

It is hard to fight a scam ICO,
First we don't know if they are scam or not,
We would only know it after the ICO or if they have a fake profile.

The fight of scam projects in blockchain industry should be intensified.  For over a year, this scam has become a huge problem  to the industry and more reasons why I have supported the government regulations to stop this criminals from killing the the industry.

The more reasons why we have to embrace Security Token Offerings (STOs) before they finally discourage investors generally rather than fighting it.

I really wonder what will be going on through the mind of big investors that has been scammed by this projects, it is really disheartening and I don’t think it is enough to know them from the list OP is trying to compiled through his thread because some might be reported falsely.  If I were to advice most intending investors, stop investing on new ICOs.

If someone is careless and does not accurately research the project, it can also be scammed by the STO. The difference between ICO and STO are legal regulations that will help punish scammers, but it will not stop them from trying to steal investors money.

The most important thing is not to live scam. The problem is that we spend our time in the hope of earning. But in the end we get nothing. This is the main problem of hunters.

I think at the moment only really quality and investment projects can conduct their ICO. So there aren't many bounty of this time, almost them quite quality, and we can evaluate it carefully before participating.

If project is scam there are surely information about it. This forum is also one of the best. Also, investigate every detail, if they are scammer you will surely find any evidence.

Actually there are some users that keep this forum clear from scam ICOs, one of them i know is ICOEthics.
He is very good to busting many scam ICOs in this forum, which is good to protect the investors.
Despite many ICOs are not genuine, there are still some ICO worth to participate.

project. Like the idea of IEOs  where exchanges  are some kind of guarantee.

It become so obvious that many just jump in believing the year will be like 2017 as a point and other also did to get rich quick which some really achieved but to my own understanding, investors need to be away from ICO now and also the hunters.

I think we are having a save hand now compare to normal ICO with what we have now as IEO which gives more rest of mind to investors and that will put an end to ICO soon while hunters will also need to look else where to get their earn.

it is indeed not easy to detect ico scam, but we can see the track record of their team. of course a good team will choose a good ico project. although sometimes it's also wrong but at least many are right in analyzing it

I have said it time without number that the greatest problem of cryptocurrency world is scammer projects not fail or rise in price. Fail and rise in price is but losing all your assets to a scammer is really an unbearable thing to chew. I always advocate for scrutinizing of these project owners before  letting them in.

You can fight with scam ICO by never promote their project and always give information to public at bitcointalk forum and social media because this ICO is really scam and never trying of invest your money.

Its high time we fight out this menace of ICOs scam ravaging the crypto sphere personally I was a victim of scam ICO last after investing and promoting a project sadly it went AWOL, this is a very a bad experience having invested much in it.
We should all join hand and report any suspicious  scam ICOs and warn potential investors or bounty hunters from falling victims of those scrupulous and fraudulent projects in the name of ICOs. in fact this is one of the main reasons some would-be cryptos investors get discouraged in investing in some of this project because of fear of being scammed.
