well, I don't store bitcoin much, but I think the increase in the price of bitcoin affects the price increase of the assets that I keep. I just feel that when the price of bitcoin decreases, it is indeed the right time to have large amounts of bitcoin. maybe today the price of bitcoin can reach $ 4000, and hopes to continue to rise this year.

I think that investing in BTC in 2019. is overall great opportunity. I think that crypto market will be out of bear market, if BTC go above $6k levels, but it is still long way to go and $6k will be strong resistance, just like it was strong support in 2018..

I've always been watching bitcoin since mid-2013 up to now, and the market/bubble is painfully toxic. I'm not a big investor or economist, and I probably still only have superficial knowledge on how the entire blockchain systems work.

I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.

I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.


What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas?

You've been involved in the crypto market for the last 6 years with superficial knowledge of blockchain. You should have held some bitcoin instead of converting into cash. It's true the current market situation is not good for short-term holders.  Bitcoin bubble is just a hoax, it's not going anywhere until 50 years at least. So, relax and give another try in crypto investment.

Many people have some bitcoins and many other coins, and most of the people wait bitcoin to start rising, almost all others rise too. Its and old strategy and I keep some bitcoins and many other coins, I believe in their future. When its about investing its always better to invest earlier, before others, sometimes its good to wait good moment, sometimes its good to act immediately. Make a decision for yourself and dont regret it.

Agreed, that's the reality. When there is growth with bitcoin, automatically the entire cryptocurrency market grows making a big change in the marketcap. Each and every user will be having a diversified assets into their portfolio, upon the same it is a must to see growth with bitcoin. As the growth of progress, so will be the other altcoins.
