I think that in 2020 the demand for ICO will grow as the market will be more stable in the sense that it will recover. so I think that will have demand IEO as it is a viewpoint and a new direction. As far as I know Binance has launched this function on its stock exchange.

I myself am not very sure of the growth of the ICO, some investors that I know reduce asset trust in the ICO "trade better than ICO investment". ICO scam has a negative impact on trust and interest in crypto, and all ICOs can also be identified as scams.
