Perhaps 2019 will prove to be the best year for ICO projects, although 2017 will take some beating as back then projects were looking for large sums of money as their Hard Cap in the 10s or even 100s of millions whereas during 2018 many projects were having to settle with raises of under $10m. Conditions are really going to depend on the overall market and whether we will see a recovery in Bitcoin and the wider market during this year.

i think this year will continue at 2018 , where most of ico didnt reached their hardcap.and as we see in many ico progress they only reached their softcap target, even much of them failed and discontinue their projects.

I also believe, but now most of the ico is certainly better to avoid as they bring little profit , but there are certainly worthy projects that can bring you a lot of money , but of course I think in 2020 there will be a big growth

Really? Why wait for 2020 if something good will happen this year? I hate to say this but crypto enthusiasts should better find another way on how to create new tokens rather than creating a traditional ICO where in scams are rampant.
