But unfortunately many of them were scam or failed

Y'all are just speculating about the Bitcoin halving like It's a moon launcher for Bitcoin and altcoins. Well, I do think that we should better wait and see rather than speculating and giving false hopes to Crypto users. We all know the halving brings about a more slower rate of supply of Bitcoins but What we don't know is how this affects the market. We've had a couple of good news in 2018 that didn't make the market to take a positive turn. We should be weary of that.

We do not have to get to 2020, before we can see an ICO succeed. If truly the project has got the necessary factor or product that would attract investors and within a very short space if time, everything would be sold out.
Such project that has got a very good product, would then need a very little and the right advertisement channel to get to the end users or investors.

Some people have been taking the old history of bitcoin halving as the main fundamental to support that speculation. So far if you are doing a lot of research to the bitcoin chart and you will finds a lot of interesting things on it. Just like a gradual increase a year after halving.

I may not totally agree with you on this because ICOs are not less preferable to Security Token Offerings(STO) but bitcoin halving in 2020 will definitely play a major role to high demand in cryptocurencies and this driving further adoption among newbies

Considering the history of the past bitcoin halving, the bull run usually come some months after the bitcoin halving. So the next bitcoin halving will surely have a good effect on the market, because the mining rewards will be reduce making in hard to get which will therefore increase the price of bitcoin and other altcoins that follow bitcoin trend.
And I think much projects usually target there tokensale and listing towards the bull run because there is higher probability of them making profit.

maybe what you are talking about is that deceptive ICOs must be removed rather than launched.
if so, I strongly agree because the deceptive ICO is very disturbing because it has caused many people to lose their money and also lose interest in investing in the ICO.
so I also hope that if 2020 there will be a big change in ICO for the better.

If I am going to compare 2019 to 2018 this year was better than last year, honestly speaking. Because there are much good ico now compared last year. I think 2019 is the preparation for Bull run this is for my own perception based on my analysis only. Though our situation so far was still bear season there are some still good ico that are legit and has a potential to have a better a future in crypto currency as well.

I'm not sure that 2019 or 2020 will be the best time for the development of cryptocurrency. However, it will not be a bad period I suppose. And make money on ICO projects will also be possible. So be positive about your perspectives and look for new opportunities.

I don't think 2020 is a good year for crypto, but in 2021, if it is noticed a few years ago when halving happened. bitcoin can't fly right away, bitcoin needs pump time. and continue to be on a positive trend until 2017. so if in 2020 bitcoin halving returns, then in 2021 it will be the best moment for the crypto market before bitcoin reaches total supply.

but try to believe, this might be good for you because there will be new hope. we have seen too much speculation that crypto will be destroyed this year. so one or two foolish thoughts can be used to relieve stress.
