why are you so sure that in 2020 the ICO will look good , the fact that until now there were always ico who scam and harm many investors , I think ICO is always risky because there is always an ICO scams every year

if nothing happens regarding ICO reguation 2020 will be the same as 2019 with little amount of good projects and many scams.

everyone doesn't care about a good project or not, the important thing is to be able to benefit from investing in the project, maybe short-term is preferred, and see a good project at a stable price people will not be tempted by it, so there will always be ico for people who are looking for a momentary advantage

When bitcoin halving in 2020, it will affecting the price of the coin surely. But why do you think 2020 is the best year for ICO ?
I think scammers will keep creating scam projects to steal people's money. But we won't fall for it if we stay alert.
2018 was not good, and there is no bull run since that time. I believe there will be a green market again, but we don't know when.

What about in 2018? They already said that 2019 is the best year for crypto? Is that going to be a chain of prediction? Well, But I don't see any mistakes to it as it keeps the passion of cryptocurrency on track when people don't lose hopes.

You said that with so much confidence and I can't say you are wrong ,bitcoin halving will be around the corner and 2019 is already in good shape ,if this continues till 2020 we might just end up with biggest ATH we've never seen before ,possibility of bitcoin reaching 100k seems more possible to me ,let's wait patiently for the time ,things will turn for the better

I would only say that a year is going to be a good year of ICO if we will have a bull run.
For now, it's impossible, seems like the trend will be followed and ICO are still not profitable like the last year.

There are still a lot of people who are investing in ICO but they have decrease in significant numbers compared to the peak year which is 2017.
We will observe the market and hope it will recover, that time ICO will start to recover as well.

ICO period is about to come to an end. Even some projects that are currently in place are already trying STO. If the STO is successful, the trust issue of the ICOs will be resolved. And serious projects will prefer STO.
