It was a very poor performance from the Gujarat Titan team.  Initially I thought that since today's run target is 164 which is not a lot of runs in T20 format, I thought that Gujarat Titans might win this match. And to say that their first 6 overs were very much like they would win they crossed 50 runs in 6 overs but after the fall of their first wicket their performance dropped dramatically and batsman after batsman entered the field but not much of a run.  Had to go back to the pavilion.

Gujarat have completed two seasons of IPL so far and this is their third season. We should have no doubts about the batting lineup of those who qualified in the first two seasons and played in the finals in the first two seasons. If you don't give credit to LSG's bowlers for keeping such a strong batting line-up to so few runs then I'd say you're not talking from cricketing knowledge. LSG's bowlers certainly bowled the best and bowled economically as well as picking up wickets at regular intervals which is why they bowled so brilliantly against such a strong batting line-up.

Yash Thakur got the man of the match award for such a match winning bowling spell which he probably deserved based on his performance.
