Cummins : Economical? Lol! Bumrah was the only one among all the bowlers from both teams who actually troubled batsmen for sometime. Legend!

I won't blame the bowlers here because the pitch was insanely good to bat on and every batter had a field day. It doesn't help that the longest boundary (Straight) was only 77 meters and square boundaries were around 65-67 meters. The kind of power modern batters have and adding big trees disguised as a bat in equation with an absolute road. IMO it's a perfect recipe for massacre, one can only pray for the bowlers.  

This is the second loss for MI and the new captain Hardik Pandya. The pitch was made for batters and I never expected MI to chase 277 runs still they were able to get to 245 runs. At one stage they were matching the asking run rate and they did go above it. I remember it was near about 14 runs per over and they batted well enough. Hardik wasted balls it was expected from him to try and hit the bowlers in the conditions suited for batters. What made the game more interesting was the number of sixes hit in a single T20 game.

I think the decision of Mumbai Indians is somewhat wrong as Hardik Pandya has been made the new captain where there is a successful captain like Rohit Sharma. What a craziest match that was man! I think more than half of the sixes and fours that have been scored in this Indian Premier League season so far have been in this match. Today's match has been very much like that, it doesn't matter which team lost, after getting the performance of both teams, I would say that Sunrisers Hyderabad took full advantage of the batting friend's pitch, on the other hand, Mumbai Indians did not do bad, they scored 246 runs, which is the second highest run of this IPL season.

Mumbai's performance was not good in both the matches. We saw good bowling from the Gujarat bowlers in the first match. Hyderabad batsmen are in great form. Hyderabad's bowling line-up is weak, but their batting order is very strong. They scored 204 runs against Kolkata in the first match. Poor captaincy from Hardik Pandya. Bumrah should have bowled earlier. When your game plan is not working you have to be innovative; Bumrah was the main strike bowler of MI, one of the best in this format of the game in the World, and he bowled only one over in the first 12 overs. They planned for  Klaasen, but when every bowler goes for runs, you bring back your main bowler. On a batting paradise, SRH did extraordinarily well. That catch drop in the 2nd over by Tim David was the turning point of the match, and once SRH started hitting, they never looked back. A lot of records were broken in the last game.

In my opinion till now, Sunrisers Hyderabad played best in IPL Matches.. I was just checking their boundaries continuously. Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head did similar runs around 64 but when it comes to, Heinrich Klaasen! He alone made 80 runs from 34 balls. This is because Mumbai Indians bowels weren't good enough. Kwena Maphaka gave 66 runs from 4 overs and Gerald Coetzee gave 57 runs from 4 overs. That's huge. Besides Ishan Kishan, Tim David from Mumbai Indians made good runs. I do agree with them to be honest. Hardik was running around everywhere and was very energetic, but he didn't use his brain effectively. He saved Bumrah for later instead of using him quickly to slow down the SRH batsmen which was a really bad decision.

He is a decent captain for sure, but he is nowhere as good as Rohit thanks to his wealth of experience and strategies.

DC have a terrible IPL last year as they finished 9th on points table and this year they started there campaign with a loss. RCB have won there opening game against LSG and must be in high spirits to win today's game also. Hardik is a victim of Main Character Syndrome. It's a problem for both Pandya brothers, which sometimes makes them very insecure and it reflects on the field. They promote themselves in the batting order and pick a new ball responsibility out of nowhere. Hardik does it regularly and his brother is not far behind as well.

He is the only patient player who performed for Rajasthan Royals team. But still the Rajasthan Royals team is not under the pressure of the wicket because near the end of the match, the Rajasthan Royals team has collected 145 runs in 18 overs. However, if 20 overs are completed, I think they can collect 165 plus runs.
