In the first T20 match against Afghanistan, Ireland batted first and managed to score 149 runs against a target of 150 runs for Afghanistan. 150 runs was not a difficult target for Afghanistan as they have quality batsmen but they made this easy target very difficult which resulted in Afghanistan being bowled out for just 111 runs. Congratulations Islamabad United team for this brilliant win in 1 st Eliminator game and I disappointed the effort of Quetta Gladiator team which was showed in this game and they was failed to chase down big runs target. Islamabad United team set 179 runs target in 20 overs by losing 9 wickets. I.Wasim won a player of game award because his bowling effort was outstanding and he took down 3 wickets in 4 overs with 12 runs. N.Shah also took down 2 wickets with 33 runs in 4 overs. Quetta Gladiator team only chased 135 runs entire team was dismantled and only 9 balls left. O.Yousaf performed well and he scored 50 runs in 37 balls with four 4s and one 6s. From Islamabad United batting lineup side, opener batsman M.Guptil scored 56 runs in 47 runs and I believe Islamabad United team showed same effort in upcoming games like in 2 nd eliminator game.

Now, today's match will be going to be awesome for sure. Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi, the wonderful match between them, and for the first time, this match was hosted by Karachi in this PSL. When the second last time Peshawar Zalmi faced them, Babar Azam hit a century and in the second innings, the Islamabad United team also played very well but Babar Azam took the twist on the game where he gave the over to Arif Yaqoob and now, I think today Babar Azam should allow to Arif Yaqoob to play today's match because he did the best over in PSL history, he is not just a spinner, he is a game changer.
