Well here in Dubai you have to win the toss if you want the advantage.

Anything can happen in this match. The team batting first will have a real struggle as conditions favor bowlers in the first session and the pitch does not favor them in the second session. I think spinners do get some support in the second session but it is again a risk as most wickets gained by spinners are through catch-out. Therefore a team under your condition would need to score 200+ runs when the bat first and then only they would be able to take that risk.

Pakistan has won the toss and we won't experiment with batting first. After all, this is not a small thing to be in the final of the Asia cup and we won't want to do this experiment.  

Srilanka has won the last few matches, betting second. This is a new test for them today. However, Pakistan are used to batting second, and nothing much changed for them. Also, Pakistan will have peace of mind that they won the toss and this will increase more confidence.
