It seems like the team doesn't want to end up more players getting injured. Maybe thats the reason why Siraj is given opportunity for the last two T20's. Based on the performance after few months of gap might get him shortlisted for the World Cup squad in the place of Bumrah.

Not a big fan of Siraj. IMO, he benefitted immensely from the fact that he is playing for the RCB, at least during the starting years. Siraj has been given a lot of opportunities so far, and he hasn't made use of them in an effective way. I would rather prefer someone like Thangarasu Natarajan, who has an excellent record in Australia (where the T20 world cup is being played). There are a few other options as well, such as Mohsin Khan, Mukesh Choudhary and Kuldip Yadav (not talking about Kuldeep Yadav). And I wouldn't prefer Khaleel, Umran or Avesh, since they have received enough chances till now.

Test players are not suitable for T20 squads, as Siraj is a test player. As Bumrah's replacement in the T20I squad, he will be included as a test player against SA. A fast bowling unit with the best capability should be put on park by India for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Let's see how he performs against SA, at least he is always available for international matches. Bumrah's replacement is yet to be determined by the Indian selection committee.

Already started 6th T20 match between England and Pakistan Pakistan 15 runs down in 3 overs 2 wickets down I think if the start is like this then it will be very difficult for Pakistan to win the match Sapper, Babar Azam will take a lot of responsibility  Playing he has to take responsibility more hard. If each and every batsman of Pakistan can play with their responsibility, then maybe it is possible to win the match. Let's see what happens.

I think India are a bit weak in the bowling line. It can be seen in almost every match that if India bats well, they cannot bowl very well. But India bats very well in every game. It can be said that India batting better is very strong. But I will say that India is a very strong team. India play well in almost every match.

Nope.. I don't think that Indian bowling is weak. They have enough depth in the player pool to replace any injured ones. Bumrah's absence would be hardly felt and he can be easily replaced by younger bowlers such as Deepak Chahar, Mohammed Siraj and Arshdeep Singh. At this point, India has one of the most balanced teams for the T20 World Cup and should be the favorites to win the trophy. Lack of form from Virat Kohli should be a concern though. So rather than Bumrah, India should rather worry about Kohli. 

Indian bowlers are not weak. India has a lot of talented bowlers. But I don't agree with you that India will not appreciate Bhumrah's absence. I would say Bhumrah is India's premier bowler. He is talented and experienced. Experienced players on platforms like T20 World Cup. need Chahar, Mohammad Siraj, and Arshdeep are very talented players. But they are not as experienced as Bhumrah. Bhumrah can help the team in times of need, no other bowler can help the team like Bhumrah.

Except for Bhumrah, the Indian bowling line-up will be very pleasing to the opposing team's batters. It is pleasing to see the squad working as a team without putting too much pressure on any one bowler. The upcoming T20 World Cup 2022 is likely to be without Jasprit Bumrah due to his back injury. There are other bowlers who can fill in for him, such as Deepak Chahar, who is also a good option in his absence. Indian team should now also include Mohammed Shami.

In the last few series, we have seen very good performances from the Indian batsmen. But the performance of the Indian bowlers was not as good as expected. India lost several matches due to the poor performance of the bowlers. Deepak Chahar would have been included in India's squad for the upcoming World Cup. It is said that if Pakistan's opening batsmen can somehow survive then opposite team have to face a big challenge to beat. Something similar, seems to be happening in today's match as well. Yes, Mohammad Rizwan would have made the match more dependable. But today Baba Azam's responsible batting performance may be able to take Pakistan to the winning target. But it is not possible to guarantee as it is T20 cricket. Even if Pakistan scores maximum runs, it cannot be said who will actually win or lose. But depending on the overall performance, Pakistan will be ahead.

What I understood by looking at the condition of Pakistan's batting. If Babar Azam had not lasted so long, Pakistan would have scored less runs. However, England will want to win today's match to level the game. But if England lose today they will lose their chance to win the series and Pakistan will win the series. Now the biggest responsibility is on the England batsmen, it is possible to win the match only by displaying their skills.

However, England will want to win today's match to level the game. But if England lose today they will lose their chance to win the series and Pakistan will win the series. Now the biggest responsibility is on the England batsmen, it is possible to win the match only by displaying their skills.

What a brilliant knock by Babar Azam! Pakistan managed to set a target of 170 runs. Pakistan collected 56 runs in the last 5 overs. Babar Azam was unbeaten on 87 off 59 balls. If Asif Ali could have prolonged his partnership with Babar Azam, Pakistan could have collected 10/15 runs more. A target of 170 runs is enough to win if Pakistan's bowlers perform well. The performance of Pakshikhani bowlers in the first match was excellent.
Due to the good performance of the bowlers, they won by giving the target only 146 runs. The result of the match will depend on the performance of the bowlers in today's match as well.

I don't understand how they will lose money by hosting matches. Even if the gate-collection is used for security and logistics, the broadcasting revenue should be significant, given the large market in England. And I heard that there was huge interest within Pakistan, since England was touring the country after such a huge gap. All that said, Pakistan bowlers are getting butchered right now. England has made 128/1 from just 9.2 overs, with Phil Salt batting at 74 from just 27 balls (12 boundaries and 3 sixes so far).

Gate collection hardly adds to anything when full capacity of stadiums are below 50K spectators, ticket pricing is another factor. I guess security etc takes a really big cut, makes sense when you are hiring 1000's of elite security personnel for a month or so and blocking a block or 2 every now n then where a team is staying or traveling.

yeah, I am really surprised to see this run chase from England. It looks like they tried to prove a point. They have won the match with ease and it is sad to say but this was a one-sided match. England won the match with 33 balls and 8 wickets in hand. The series is now tied 3-3 and the next match is going to be the decider. Today every Pakistani bowler gave away a lot of runs. Even Shadab Khan took the only two wickets that could have been picked up by Pakistan, but his economy was also not very good in my opinion.

Absolutely true. Siraj has goot way more opportunities than any other bowler like Natrajan, Thakur or even harshal Patel. But at this point I think Directly bringing Shami as replacement of Bumrah made more sense instead of Siraj, but i have heard there was some Covid probability with Shami which was why he didn't play. I feel that no matter how much we guys debate, eventually favouritism is playing a big role in selections.

England decimated Pakistan as expected. Honestly, England lost recent matches because of their own stupidity and Pakistan got really lucky towards the end. Their luck clearly ran out in this match though.

Philip Salt has played an extraordinary innings today. I wouldn't say that Pakistan bowlers have performed badly. It was just a lucky day for Philip Salt. He just hit the bowl and found the gap.
Maybe you made a little mistake in your post. The economy rate of every Pakistani bowler, not batsmen's.

I watched today's match completely, I am totally disappointed, I thought Pakistan can do better, Pakistan's batting was very good, but Pakistan's bowlers bowled very badly. It is really a shame for Pakistan. England batsmen were able to play the Pakistani bowlers very easily, they had no confusion to play the Pakistani bowlers. England batsmen played well. England played very well so England deserved to win today's match England batsmen gave a very good performance, Pakistan scored 169 for 6 in 20 overs and set England a target of 170 runs. England achieved the target by two wickets in 16 overs.
