The winning probability of Bangladesh is high against Ireland which is well known fact. I see Ireland to be a team that had performed well and lost many matches due to the lack of experience playing against the leading teams. Over time we can see the improvement with the team. I personally got surprised with the team's performance on ODI. Whether the opponent is big or small, unlike the win/loss we can see them getting close to the target. The last match that Ireland played against Bangladesh was a pretty bad one for Ireland. The first thing that Bangladesh did was post a huge total of 202 in 17 overs. It was not possible for Ireland to reach that goal. I don't know what Ireland has gained so far from this tour. Apart from the one match that was washed out by rain and the warmup match against the BCB XI, they have lost all the ODI and T20I matches by big margins (starting with 183 run loss during their first ODI). India's performance improved after the T20 World Cup. But now their performance is erratic again. In the second ODI match against Australia, we also saw a terrible performance from India. And since the World Cup is already an ODI World Cup, poor performance in an ODI match is risky now. However, India's performance in the Test series was good. Still, I would say as India now aim to do well in the upcoming ODI World Cup, they should try to stabilize their performance in this format. The performance of the Indian batsmen has deteriorated somewhat. Indian players have to be more diligent if they want to win the next World Cup.

I do not understand Google's probability/prediction. Just checked the schedule for tomorrow's match against GT and CSK and found GT has 54% chance of winning the match against CSK. I know the win probability changes as the match progresses but why update it in a day advance. BTW who do you think will win the opening match of IPL?

I stopped caring about bilateral series (limited overs only, not Test cricket), and now I treat them as cheap thrill similar to IPL. Actually below IPL if I am being honest as most of the bilateral series are useless except if there are some qualification calculations. Also, no one remembers the white ball bilateral series for too long (it's true for every team).

The main focus is the ICC trophy as we have the ICC tournament every year.

Due to one injury problem after another, BCCI has imposed many restrictions on bowlers contracted with BCCI. These restrictions have been imposed so that no bowler gets injured ahead of the upcoming IPL.

BCCI has spoken to every team management regarding this matter and they have asked that rational bowlers should not be over-trained and any player who feels unwell or feels unwell should contact BCC immediately.
