Kyle Mayers scored good runs. If CSK have delayed few overs to take the wicket of Kyle Mayers, then match could've gone completely in favour of Lucknow Super Giants. The sudden fall of three wickets gave hope for CSK and slowed down the runrate. Captaincy of MSD is really appreciable, he brought Moeen Ali at the right time and had a break of partnership.

KL Rahul performance was poor in both matches. He had scored 8 runs from 12 balls against Delhi Capitals in the first match. And his strike rate wasn't enough today to chase the big target against Chennai. KL Rahul isn't playing as a responsible captain. LSG is lucky to get Kyle Mayers as a 'retained' player. They got him by spending only Rs 50 lakh. Kyle Mayers has batted very well in both matches.

There is no denying the captaincy skills of MSD and he is a master in controlling the match even if you have mediocre bowlers. But the only issue i see is that, why is he coming way down the order with the striking skills he has, today he came down to bat at 8 which is ridiculous.
