Pakistan vs Ireland

Today is the third and the final match of the T20I series between Pakistan vs Ireland. We all know that the series is tied at this time and today is the final match between these two teams. The team which will win it will win the series too. Pakistan performance is not admirable. We saw what they have done in the first match. But still my best wishes are with Pakistan and I hope they will win this match and will win the series too. But here we can't underestimate the Ireland team because they have already won one match so they have some chances to win this match. So let's wait and see who will win.

Both GT and LSG ended their playoffs qualification streak in this season. We now have SRH, CSK and RCB fighting it out for the remaining 2 spots. All eyes on the NRR.

The equation is interesting now. I would like to keep SRH and CSK ahead for the playoff journey. Hyderabad might end the group stage round by being in top 2. I'm expecting them to win the next two matches. RCB vs CSK match will be like a final, but in group stage match. RCB will qualify for the final if they can manage to win the match by an average margin. RCB has made a great comeback in this season. They might regret for losing the 8th match by 1 run only against Kolkata.

I don't think LSG have any chance of qualifying for the next round anymore. LSG team could not win today's match against Delhi. A win in this match would have given LSG a great chance to qualify for the next round.

Now I would say a team between Chennai and Bengaluru will qualify for the next round. Chennai is 2 points ahead of Bengaluru. However, if Chennai cannot defeat the Bengaluru team in the last match, the chances of Chennai qualifying for the next round are slim. However, if Chennai lose by a narrow margin, Hyderabad and Chennai might qualify for the next round.

From my point of view, Chennai Super Kings are unlikely to secure a playoff spot in this year's IPL. Royal Challenge Bengaluru has done well towards the end of the season and is likely to make the playoffs, which is why I am rooting for Royal Challenge Bengaluru as the fourth team in this year's IPL.

I totally agree with you that Pakistan played really well in this series. They did great after losing the first game. They kept trying hard and won next two games. Lorcan Tucker was great at batting for Ireland but Shaheen Shah Afridi was amazing at bowling from Pakistan. It was also great to see Babar Azam do well again and help Pakistan to win the match. @Rustam Meraj yes Pakistan played well in this series but if you will take a look on previous series with New Zealand although that series tied but the performance of Pakistan has no consistency.
Basically you said that Pakistan will play well in the World Cup and you said that they need more practice. So yes they need practice and Pakistan players have less consistency. They need to focus on it. For sure the bowling of Pakistan is good but in batting they need more practice. I hope that they will play well in future and try to fix the mistakes that they were making in the past.

You are right that the drama of BCB is not ending. We have seen the drama of ODI World Cup BCB. The team announced by excluding Tamim. Again, it is a question of thousands of cricket fans. Our world best all rounder Shakib Al Hasan will perform in T20 World Cup of course he is an experienced player and BCB should have captained him while captain Shakib Al Hasan was in the team. Mehdi Hasan Miraz has performed very well in BPL, compared to that, Mehdi Hasan Miraz should have been allowed to play in the World Cup. Also, if he just touches the ball then still, he could go up and make more runs because at that time, there were many balls left and if he does left that ball so it is not considered a mistake.

By the way, in Muhammad Rizwan and Babar Azam batting, there is one common thing, they both cannot be hit on scoop means on the back foot which is why I think they have to practice on it or avoid it totally (so they do not get out on that shot),

When Rizwan was out in the match then after him always Fakhar Zaman arrived but today instead of Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam called Azam Khan and it was a good decision by him because, in the last match, he also played well so have to see that this performance is just for one match or now he is getting some things that are present inside a good player.

I think there must be a chance for Azam Khan to allow him to play some matches because now slowly he is becoming a good player. At this time, Azam Khan has to focus on his diet because with his health he cannot do fielding and if by chance it would be a part of the World Cup, then Rizwan would do wicket keeping then he cannot run fast on fielding due to his diet.

Pakistan team won toss and they had good opportunity to take good decision and also they did it. Ireland won team made 178 big runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. L. Tucker batsman again showed very brilliant effort as he performed in 2 nd game. He scored 73 runs in 41 balls and he hitted thirteen 4s and one 6s. But in bowl lineup, Ireland team did not break the batsman of Pakistan team and Pakistan Batsman easily chased down the target and won game. B.Azam was proved best Batsman in third game and he scored 75 runs in 42 balls ane he hitted six 4s and five 6s. He brilliantly hitted four 6s in one by one and I really liked his effort. S.Afridi got a player of game award due to her good effort and he took down again 3 wickets in 4 overs and 14 runs.

Pakistan team must be congratulated as they deserve to be congratulated. After Pakistan lost the first match against Ireland, they bounced back well and won two consecutive T20Is to clinch the series win. In the third T20I, Ireland batted first and amassed a mammoth total of 172 runs, with Lorcan Tucker playing a cameo innings of 72 off 41 balls. Batting on the target given by Ireland, the batsmen of the Pakistan team batted very well, especially Md Rezwan and Babar Azam's innings was very good. Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan put on an unbroken partnership of 139 off 74 balls against Ireland. Basically this pair between them took Pakistan to the brink of victory.

Pakistan's Shahensha Afridi has been adjudged Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling performance in the third T20I.Shahensha Afridi has taken seven wickets in these three matches against Ireland and may be a worthy contender for Man of the Series.
