Pakistan bowlers did well apart from Shadab Khan, who was in the worst bowling form. He delivered the most expensive spell of his T20I career in the last match.  Pakistan should play him as a batsman and give Abrar a chance against England in the next game. Usman Khan is still waiting for his first chance against England.

If we talk about the English bowler's performances then I think that Jofra Archer is fully set for the World Cup and this time he has done a very good play in this match but after playing 1 or 2 matches, he will be fully set.
I think the England team must give chance to him to play for matches, he played his last match in an England jersey in around 2022, and now he is back in the team after such a long time with a great spell, I hope he will perform as well as he can be England main weapon in the World Cup matches because just around 10 days left for the World cup.

Pakistan bowlers played very well but their batsmen were not doing as well as they have to do a lot better. The Pakistan team had a chance to win in the last because, at that time Imad Wasim could take the match away from the England team and with him Iftikhar Ahmed could chnage the match results too, but they both unable to do so.
 
These both are wonderful players and finishers but sadly, Iftikhar Ahmed was out then Shaheen Shah Afridi came and then Imad Wasim also lost his wicket so the Pakistan team all out under 161 score because they made 160 runs and lost the match by 23 runs. The next match will play tomorrow so hope good for that match.

Here we freaking go! SRH vs KKR! This crazy explosive season is about to end with the teams that made it so explosive in the first place which is completely fitting in my honest opinion.

I bet on SRH to win the big one though it's very, very difficult to predict the winner of this one since both are high on confidence. Let's see what happens.

Looking at the depressing scorecard and my only hope is low scoring thriller for some cheap entertainment.

Talking about the bowlers the return of Muhammad Amir to the team has no advantage because from the day he came back, we have seen zero performance by him. In his four overs, he was wicketless and gave away 34 runs.

He could not defend the runs and also could not take wickets. I think instead of him there must be Wasim Jr.  Haris Rauf also came back from the injury but he played very well, yes he afforded some runs but also took wickets. He played well only when he came after retirement and debuted once again but later he never played well after that match, but let’s see maybe he could do something in the next match.

Sunrise Hyderabad batting in the first innings couldn't get the runs they did and with this run they would never be able to win against Kolkata. Hyderabad's poor performance from the start and disappointing batting set them back a lot which resulted in the fall of wickets. As the opening batsmen could not survive in the beginning, no other batsman could regain hold of the game which has resulted in a very low run rate so far. But at the last minute Pat Cummins who is the captain of Sunrise Hyderabad held the game even though the runs were very low but he did enough to keep the team going till the end. And the bowling performance of Kolkata Knight Riders in today's match made their attack strong enough to become the IPL champion. The bowling performance of Kolkata Knight Riders was so great today that they put a lot of pressure on Hyderabad due to which the Hyderabad team could not collect the Rams. Andre Russell, Harshit Rana, and Mitchell Starc were in bowling form in today's match and they got two wickets each which is really interesting. And in today's match only 113 runs have been collected by losing 9 wickets and Sunrise Hyderabad may not be able to achieve victory in today's match but Kolkata will win very easily today.

Pakistan's batting is not performing well after they broke their opening pair. Saim Ayub is not making any impact at the top; his poor performance concerns Pakistan. Their middle order is the main culprit. Azam is a waste cause. Iftikhar is only good for 10 to 15 balls and no finisher is in the side. What Pakistan lack, at the moment, is a solid middle order. They are putting pressure back on Babar and Rizwan.

Pakistan's mistakes result to their loss against England in first match of T20I series. Pakistan team did many small errors in match resulting defeat by 20 runs. This loss is concerning as it boosts England confidence and potentially leading to more losses for Pakistan. Pakistan team inning,start with poor performance especially Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan their bad performance in bowling allowed England  team to made high scores with freely. Their efforts Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman was very well but it was too late. England's all batsman performance e.g;   Reece Topley and Jos Buttler batted good and score good and secured win. I suggest to Pakistan team must to improve their batting and bowling to avoid next defeat and also avoid whitewash against England team.

Dew didn't play any part in the last match so it was alright call as nothing was dependent on the toss or batting first/second and so far virtually no sign of dew.

The hype wasn't there for sure, maybe because both these teams are lowkey in comparison to CSK, RCB and MI. The virtual knockout of CSK vs RCB had more buzz because of engagement in terms of fans and PR.

Do you still think it is surprising? I know you people do not like my theories but before the start of the tornament, it was pre-decided that IPL 2024 should be awarded to Shah Rukh Khan.
As far as entertainment is concerned, i think they needed to work on it, atleast make the final somewhat thriller for everyone.

My dear, they learnt from their mistakes but this final was not in their control. Maybe if some day the secrets are revealed  
The IPL didn't lose its entertainment, it was very entertaining and successful but the final was a bit disappointing. I think the director of the IPL needs to keep the thrill in the final match too.

Mitchell Starc bowling well picked 2 wickets by giving only 14 runs and restricted Sunrises Hyderabad under 120 runs. I think Kolkata kings Riders easily won this final match.

Congrats KKR! Loved their consistent performances throughout the tournament. 3 time champs! SRH deserve being the runner up despite the one sided finale. Favorite IPL season so far.

I don't think there was anything wrong with batting first, I think SRH were batters were simply outplayed, some of deliveries where batters got out were absolutely beauties — one where Abhishek got out and other of Harshit Rana where he got batsman caught behind. Mitchel Starc played good when team needed him most, KKR must be satiated with purchase now.

I don't think IPL is scripted, but I won't argue either.


KKR absolutely bossed in qualifier and in the final, well deserved win. Shreyas defeating Cummins, must give some confidence to Indians for further versus Aussie encounters.

...and there ends the IPL, now we wait for t20wc, just about a week to go.

Bangladesh team won the toss and decided to bowl first against the United States in the third T20 match. Today the Bangladeshi bowlers bowled aggressively from the start due to which the US batsmen could not score very well and the US was bowled out for just 104 runs. Bangladesh bowlers bowled very well today. Especially Mustafizur Rahman bowled brilliantly, Mustafizur Rahman alone got six wickets. However, the great performance of the Bangladesh team was very necessary in today's match.

Congratulations to USA for winning the series from Bangladesh. In last T20 USA made only 104 in batting first. Bangladesh bowlers excellent spell by Mustafizur Rahman takes 6 wickets by giving just 10 runs. After bowling brilliantly Bangladesh team chased down the target 108 in the 12th over without losing any wickets. Bangladesh batsmen Tanzid Hasan and Soumya Sarkar played 108 runs partnership which helped the Bangladesh team to won this match single handedly. Tanzid Hasan scored fifty no bowlers from the opposite team USA took single wickets. Bangladesh won the last game but lost this series

I understand that Bangladesh was able to win the last match against the USA by a huge margin. Bangladesh was able to win by 10 wickets. Of course, that is good. But Bangladesh should be really ashamed that they have actually lost the series against the USA in the first place. This makes me believe that Bangladesh actually went to the USA for shopping and traveling, not for playing the World Cup. I genuinely think that Bangladesh is going to be the first team to get knocked out of this World Cup. How did they manage to lose the series against the USA?

That is really going to be a surprise for everyone. Well, I guess you cannot expect anything better when you have Shanto as the captain of Bangladesh. How the hell is this guy the captain of the Bangladesh cricket team in all three formats of cricket? Captain is supposed to lead from the front. This guy cannot score in tests, cannot score in ODI, and plays test cricket T20 match. I understand that he does the research about his opponent. But research can be done by anyone right?

If I only needed his captaincy, I would have brought in Mashrafe as the captain. and I am 100% sure that he would have done a better job than him. Mashrafe was the man to make people believe that Bangladesh can actually be a world-class cricket team. But now it is all going downhill.

I was not at all prepared to see such a performance from Hyderabad in the final match.   Was looking forward to watching a competitive match. Because both Hyderabad and Calcutta are very strong.   The players were also in very good form.   Despite having such a strong batting order, Hyderabad lost all their wickets to collect only 113 runs. This was Hyderabad's lowest collection in this year's IPL. Pat Cummins scored the maximum 24 runs.

Every bowler in the Kolkata squad bowled very well. But Starc and Russell bowled well. Starc picked up two crucial wickets of Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi. Russell took the wickets of Marakram, Abdul Samad and Cummins. The Kolkata team won the match easily due to the excellent bowling of the bowlers.

I agree that Jofra Archer is fully fit but there is one problem that could be hard for him and for the England team and that is he is not a extra fast pacer. Also when this drawback exists then to recover this is too much hard and also take too much time.

By the way, this mistake was also made by the England Cricket Board which is that there is no speed produced by Jofra Archer, he is doing the ball at 88 speed, which is the average speed of him and he cannot cross 100. Also, this mistake was made by the England Cricket Board because they didn’t give the chance to him to play in most of their matches.

West Indies  vs   South Africa

I am disappointed with the performance of South African players against West Indies.   I thought I would see a better performance from South Africa in the upcoming T20 World Cup.   But after seeing the performance of South African players against West Indies, I don't think South African team is qualified to play in the semi-final in the next World Cup.

South Africa lost both the series against West Indies.   The South African team lost the first match by 28 runs and the second match by 16 runs. South Africa lost yesterday's match despite an excellent start by the South African top order.   South Africa collected 81 runs in 5 overs from the opening pair. Even then the team failed to win the match.

In second game west indies scored a target of 208 runs to south Africa. west Indies excellent innings played by Roston Chase of 67 runs. South Africa failed to chase this total in first 5 overs they made 81 runs after that their openers was gone they did not save their wickets and took pressure on himself. west indies wom the match by 16 runs.

As the two South African openers started very well. And collected 81 runs in 5 overs. I thought the match was completely under South Africa's control and South Africa would win this match very easily.   But after De Kock was out, no other batsman could stay at the crease for long.   South Africa lost the wicket of Hendricks in the next over.

South Africa's total was 81 in the first 5 overs.   But in the next 10 overs, the team collected only 61 runs.   And because of this bad batting of 10 overs, South Africa lost the match. Ryan Rickelton scored 19 runs off 17 balls and Matthew Breetzke scored 12 runs off 16 balls.   Because of these two innings, South Africa lost this match.
