if the bear market returns maybe I won't have enough money to survive and prefer to look for a more decent job because all of my money has run out in 2018 and has a huge loss so I don't have anything else.

Bitcoin is all about trust, but these days the growth has made it grow beyond the trust. This has led people to believe in bitcoin and grow with it. As mentioned never get tired on holding, patience is much required to grow good with bitcoin. As we've been waited for such a long time period it is a must to have patience till the bull run. I can suggest the Blockfolio and Delta applications for checking the regular prices in a day and you can also put a notification setting on preferred coins in order to get alarms for decreased and increased prices on the specific coin.
