KYC SHOULD BE STOPPED FOR BOUNTY HUNTERS

We cannot stop KYC, there is such a country who requires KYC due to their country law and regulation. Somehow, I never found any issue with KYC and not all bounties were asking for this, so if you have an issue then do not join bounties who require KYC.

Obviously we know that they required KYC for bounty hunters to avoid cheaters but with your case, it is better to submit kyc first before starting to work in bounty task so that you wont get disappointed in the end because you failed to pass the kyc

I am not too concerned about Kyc, but many bounties actually give shit tokens because they do not benefit from the bounty, especially if they also have to do it, and of course this is very detrimental

Now this is the number one problem of bounty hunters to do kyc for them to receive their rewards in promoting some of the ICO's , and i is also agree that kyc for bounty hunters should not implemented due to they are not an investors of the token that they promoting and not buying the token from the ICO itself. As a bounty hunter i totally disagree about kyc which is i will definitely give my identity that suppose to be private.

Kyc is actually done to avoid accidents that usually occur in bounties and also to do verification, but now ico itself is no longer much interested and burdened the participants with very harmful kyc in my opinion

I dont think KYC is a problem. If we can provide document they need, its not a problem and KYC become common right now in crypto. Even dex exchanger like cryptobridge requiring KYC for US citizen and it could happen to others countries. I am hoping with KYC in crypto can create a healthy industry

Yes, I agree with your opinion. KYC should be stopped for the bounty hunters or they can ask a KYC to verify the correct email and Wallet addresses instead of personal documents! Even some project asked the passport, holding a passport with a date and then people got 5-10$ in their coins! How silly is this! This really needs to stop!

I the idea behind KYC is not a bad one but I think it other aspects of it should be stopped and made simpler and easier for all bounty hunters. It should not be made compulsory to use passports because some bounty hunters end up earning few dollars after submitting their KYC. Also, KYC should be announced at the beginning of the bounty program in order to alert those who are not in favor for the idea of KYC.

too many people affraid this step.i don't know why they do, but personally i am trust to developers or exchanges that hold our document.and before we sent our document we should observe about the reputation of these team.

You know, at the beginning of 2018 it was legit problem and something could be taken as a measure, because at that time KYC has just appeared for hunters.
But now 1 year has passed and nothing can be done about it, so just forget!

What is KYC? It means knowing your customer. In KYC some requirements are required such as: Full Name, Residence address, Citizenship, Birth date, Photo of government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ID card),
Social Security number or Tax Identification, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Photo of bank card .

I honestly think kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters, reason being that we are not buying the token of the project ,rather we are rendering services  to create awareness for the project. Which ought to be paid for.

In another view, if a bounty hunter has to go through KYC ,then it should be at the start of the bounty, during registration, if accepted or passed, then you go on with the bounty.

I did a bounty which i passed, and earned some amount of the token, but i failed kyc and my effort was gone just like that, after rendering my services to them by promoting the project. I got really pained.

Yes i agree because we are not buyer or investor we only want is to work and earn with their project,they dont need our identity because we give what they want to see and also they have control of what they want to do with their bounty hunter if they are accepted or not.

Yes, I think so, ICO is the only business that requires people who are going to promote them to do verification, affiliate marketing do not do that I would have gone through this verification if not some projects are going scam and no report about ICO selling your information to the third party.

I believe if that is for the good of the project, KYC should be done. We, as a bounty hunter, should support whatever the company is implementing because that is our job. That's why at the first place, we should prepare that there is KYC for every project even it is not indicated at first.

As a bounty hunter, I think we need this KYC to reduce or prevent other bounty hunters who want to cheat. But on the other hand, what I'm worried about is that the admin bounty can't secure the personal data of the bounty hunters. Of course this makes us not calm if it gets leaked or misused.

KYC is a danger to everyone, regardless of what this person is doing today. Your data is not protected. Today they exclude the possibility to anonymously make payments or invest. It is very terrible and dangerous.

But that's your problem.If you had passed this procedure, you would have received your tokens.Personally, my opinion such a procedure should be carried out by exchanges,but not ICO.By and large in our world it is difficult to be completely anonymous.In recent years, regulators require to identify all users of cryptocurrency.So do not worry.The main thing is not to send your documents to obvious scammers.

Yep. KYC should be stopped for bounty hunters. I will not be bored to say that KYC is only for investors, not for bounty hunters. However, we cannot defy the rules and policies of the company. But we have 2 choices; joining in the bounty campaign and do to complete KYC to get the rewards or ignore and leave it.

That's why I oppose it! Because my personal data cannot be exchanged for money, moreover it's only worth $2 or $20.

If it has become the policy of each project, I don't think that is a problem. The good thing is if this KYC is placed at the beginning of the campaign so that everyone who wants to participate must pass KYC. But if you don't want KYC to be able to look for other ICO projects.
