what will if there is an option for choosing fees manually? I mean if the user want to instant then higher fees, then medium fees for little delay, and lower fees for who agree get delay the withdraw to save some money?

Especially for Bitcoin, batching withdrawals will save a lot of fees once the site has many users. For alts with very low it doesn't really matter, so a fast withdrawal is preferred.

The main thing is that if Player TX will get stuck because of low fee, it can create allot of problems for us. Other then that it is a very good idea to have this option. Does other sites have this option to choose a fee size?

I think the best option is to choose a currency what suits the best.
If some currency has high fees then seems logical to me to use one what has very low fees. Bitcoin itself is not usable anymore for micro transactions unfortunately, even if you choose "Low" TX fee.

The problem with this is that neither party can prove anything to the outside world, while I can think of many different scenarios of what happened.

Since we were discussing transaction fees recently, I'd like to point out the logic behind this transaction can be improved.
When this transaction was made, 6 sat/vbyte would have been enough for a fast confirmation. A safe margin would have been 30-40 sat/vbyte. You paid 84 sat/vbyte.
But even if you really want to pay that much, the transaction used (amongst others) a 0.00010000 BTC input and created a 0.00007415 BTC change address. The total fee paid was 0.00036808 BTC for 4 inputs and 2 outputs. If you would not have used the 0.00010000 BTC input, you would have saved almost 25% in total fee and have more funds remaining. It would also have been cheaper to keep the 0.00010000 BTC without creating a small change address (and adding the difference to the fee).
I have no idea how difficult this would be to implement in an automated system, but it's how I manually optimize my transaction fees.

Didn’t have time to appear into my account.  It’s my mistake to give a chance to unlicensed site..  and yes I am Canadian.

Did you check the bitcoin address where
 you've sent your funds? Probably you sent it to the wrong/different address. If you may, share us your transaction ID and your blackjack.fun btc address.
If you do not want, contact their support first.

I think it would be better if you can share his transaction on his account (that particular transaction he's referring to).

At the moment 2FA is optional to use on the site. Emails we create now...  ..but non of these measures help IF there is a actual remote use of the iphone. If there is remote use of the phone then hacker can do anything, open a email, 2fa, log in to exchanges, you name it. You can hack jailbreaked or iphone with old software.
@simonc1316 has latest iphone update  14_5_1. That is why it is very hard to believe the hacking version. Does not matter which version is truth, there is nothing we can do if there is compromised iphone with remote use.
