I am winner, and lately I got very lucky and won back most of my old losses but the withdrawal was taking a long time and i couldn't use the chat to ask about it.  What's the deal with that?

I just cancelled the old withdrawal and submitted a new withdrawal for my entire 5btc balance, just to see if they actually have the coins to pay me that much.   Gotta be careful because so many crypto companies went bankrupt lately.  Will report back what happens.

I’m curious on what you do prior to your current withdrawal? What is your typical deposit and withdrawal amount before this issue occur. I’m sure that there security audit find something on your account that raised a concern to them. 5BTC is surely huge amount for both casino and you as well so I believe they will provide a fair explanation to all of this. Lastly I feel that blackjack.fun should make a rule which says temporary mails not allowed, so in the long run these kind of situations don’t happen ever again.

It wont really be needing nor necessary on asking out for some KYC because blackjackfun management could really release up the funds of a particular account if the said complainant do really able to
match up nor able to give those necessary information that had been asked.

If management do sees there's no problem then they wont really be asking for some verification.Setting up rule about not using dummy emails is useless because everyone could make
use whether dummy or main ones and the thing on here is that its someones responsibility on remembering on what emails theyve been using with their gambling site accounts.

Blackjack fun team always responds asap to every complaint from this forum, I have been following as things have been going on this thread for a while now and I noticed that all complaints get attended to within 24 hours maximum. This is a good attribute that I will like the blackjack fun team should keep up with.

Hoping to see the lunch of the new version of the website, with new features and more fun games.

Maybe not as much as they used to, I remember days when they were here chatting let alone responding. But I do agree that they are doing fine, there isn't anything wrong with that. Of course it will take a while before they could get enough staff to just "chat" again, but they do respond very well and that's all that matters.

I believe that blackjack.fun may have grown a bit, but they are still that small time place with aspirations in the minds of the owners and that is exactly why we are getting this kind of attention. They just want to be one with us and not have a customer-owner relationship but more like beta tester- developer type of relationship instead.

It is possible if the player registered a long time ago and is actually not serious about playing in a casino when he first registered.  I also do the same stuff for the same reason.  And probably he finds Blackjack.fun interesting after sometimes and decided to get serious playing at the Casino.

True that, in this case, I believe it is the players' fault of not receiving any email.  This should serve as a lesson for us that we should always register a non-disposable email when we are engaging with a Casino to avoid this kind of problem on communication.

I hope this reply will meet the content of your question about withdrawal process on blackjack fun, I have used the site several times and I must say their withdrawal time is ok to a great extent, but sometimes the time delay before your withdrawal gets processed some times you have to wait up to 3 to 4 hours for your withdrawal to get through, but this does not happen regularly and believe me the withdrawal will come through, I have not seen anyone complaining about not getting paid on blackjack fun at the list for now.

This is an isolated case and you are quoting a wrong case to prove your point. Withdrawal on blackjack.fun is almost instant because they always approve withdrawal the moment you click the withdrawal button. The user that has a problem is a whale player and probably he encounter some issue that involves huge amount of money that needs to be check by the admin. This is not happening always and this the only active case against the casino. This will be solved soon so don’t take it as the general withdrawal procedure of the casino.

People not responding to mails when they won something is a big deal. I mean if they do not respond then they are willing to let go of the prizes and that's fine and there shouldn't be any forced action towards blackjack.fun just because they didn't know what they were getting into, and the customer didn't replied back.

However, I am pretty sure that it could be a timed thing, like give them 10 days to recoup the rewards and if they end up not responding then give it to the person who is closest, and keep doing that, top 10 will soon be a lot more active and they will get their rewards since they will know that if not then they will lose all the rewards.

For sure the blackjack.fun management will make an action with that immediately this is the reason why even though it is a dump email still necessary to save and manage because this is one of the things needed for verification of the account but if you still have the user name and password sure you can make open it but of course regarding with the withdrawal sure there some requirements you need to comply.
