There are a few coins that have expanded. in any case, this isn't an issue since when the cost of bitcoin builds, satoshi's esteem will increment and that will make the conversion scale against bitcoin change. Most of the altcoins are in bad shape price wise and that do not mean there are not going to do well in future.  I think cryptocurrencies market is doing a hard reset and we should expect it to resume it upwards movement any moment from now.

They will never be in zero value, devs are still looking at the value, with the bear market, most devs did not pursue on aggressive marketing.

Not all of us have such thing patience, sometimes we fall into discouragement but we also to think about our future. 
Altcoins makes a hard move  since last year but it something there is a light along their way seeing that little pumps in the market.  We cant think that it is all about the preparation for coming bull run cause it is not enough to bring crypto into such huge hikes. the market reality is like that, there is a relationship between bitcoin and altcoin. maybe now bitcoin is still not moving, the altcoin hasn't experienced any improvement. they only rely on the movements of their default updates, if there is an increase it will last a very short time.
